This location’s Point of Sale is HACKED. My card was attempted for a transaction in Texas less than 2 hours after being used here. I was unaware of the ongoing security problems until a coworker told me about it the following day. Now you know. The food was great though. Pay cash!

I like Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers so I go to Wendy’s on occasion. However, this one is terrible. The food is usually room-temperature at best, but the employees are nice and service is usually fast. But tonight I got food poisoning, so no thanks. Unfortunately I will not be going back to this location.

I love the summer salads. Furthermore, I have been to this Wendy’s only twice, but on both occasions, it seems like the person serving was a former Disney employee. They are so nice — I’d even go so far as to say delightful — that some sit-down restaurants could learn a little from this fast food joint. Well done, Wendy’s for setting the bar. ;)

While the food was satisfactory the place is obbviously showing age and general neglect. Today is cold and the seating near the window is as cold as it is outside. They wanted to charge me for extra dipping sauce. A reason I goto chic fila more often cause they don’t try to pull the sauce fee. The ketchup dispenser decided to spray me with all the ketchup I could possibly want though so I was covered there, literally. A Good number of lights are out and the workers don’t seem to care. Ok food, terrible upkeep of property and dispensers.

Great place if you like food poisoning. I ate here once just cause I needed something quick and got Salmonella. Probably due to the incompetent staff who forgot to wash their hands while handling my food. Will never eat fast food again after my experience here

It’s like Joe Pesci says, «they f$(? you at the drive thru.» I went through tonight and gave them my order. I ordered three Frosties, one diet coke, two singles w cheese, no pickle or tomato, and one with just no tomato, one baked potato, a salad, and two chillis. All this stuff was not just for me btw. I waited five minutes before I got my three Frosties. A few minutes later, the lady brings me two kids meals. I told her it wasn’t my stuff. She comes back with two more bags. I look inside them and find two burgers, two chillis and a potato. I asked her if she thought she had given me everything. She said yes. I said«WRONG!.» I told her about all the missing food and drink and for some stupid reason, I decided to trust her to get it right from there. She comes back with another bag and thanks me and I told her I still did not get the diet coke. She brings it and I leave. Unfortunately without checking the bag. I get all the way home… Guess what… Burgers both have tomatoes and pickles. Could have let that ride but then they hadn’t put in the damned salad. Drove all the way back, went inside and told the whole story to the manager. He was nice enough. Offered to refix my meal and took my name down and told me next time I came through that he would give me a discount on my next meal. I read back the whole order. It took at least 20 minutes for them to make it the second time(guess they needed time to whip up the special sauce or something). She brings it out and as she is reading off to me what she is putting in the bag, she says,“three cheeseburgers, no onion, and no tomato.” I corrected her and told her«no pickle, no tomato». Five minutes after that, she brings me the correct burgers, gives me the bags and says everything is in there. I get all the way back home and realize… NOFREAKINGCHILLI. Grrr. I know, I should have checked after all that so partially my fault, but if I have a pissed off customer standing in front of me, I’m going to make sure I get his food right the second or at least by the fifth time around. Seriously… Five tries and they couldn’t get the order correct. If only i would have told her about the screwup on the burgers after she had finished loading the bags i would be eating chilli right now. Plus one reason it took them so long in the first place was that someone else was in there complaining about them getting HIS order wrong. Am I naïve or is this job a lot more difficult than you would think it would be. Take order… Read order… Fill order. Hey Wendy’s… 10+% unemployment here guys. You would think you could find some better employees.

Absolutely disgusting!!! Stopped by this Wendy’s today for just a coke. Yes, just a freaking fountain drink. It had the distinct taste and smell of MILDEW. Too bad I was on my way to work or I would have turned around and made the manager have a sip of this shit. My guess is that they don’t clean their fountain machine regularly. Next time I’ll just get my lazy ass out of the car and walk into QT for a decent coke. Never again — REPULSIVE.

Inside customer service is consistent. I usually order a burger sans the cheese, and most condiments. They generally get my special order correct the first time… I’m in here at least once a week.
