Still a gem to the community. Ever since I heard there is a buy-out in place for Walgreen‘s to take over the Rite Aid store, I‘ve been an even bigger fan. I got turned down for a job at Rite Aid and the way they handled the process made me less of a Rite Aid fan than I was previously, so the fact that my favorite drug store is buying out my least favorite, sits very well with me. 24 hour drive thru prescription and now they offer Balance Rewards, and its better than almost any ‘points‘base system out here. Almost everytime I go in they are telling me I have $ 5 or $ 3 or $ 2 to use towards my purchase.

The worst pharmacy ever! Longest slowest lines of any place I’ve ever been. No point in calling in for a refill because once you get there you’re still going to wait atleast 30+ minutes. There has not been 1 single time where I have went to pick up my prescriptions for myself or family and left a happy satisfied customer. It’s getting worst every 3 months im in this establishment for the last year, starting with the unprofessional management to the regular employees…

I love a 24 hour drug store but I love walgreens the most cause they have tons of stuff and it’s pretty cheap. This particular store also has a decent wine selection when you’re desperate. The rewards program/coupons are a bit confusing but all else is pretty good. This location also has a clinic.

I have visited this location twice and the outside and inside was clean. The cashiers have been pleasant.

Lines, waiting, unprofessional, understaffed, counter productive. This is my last time I will be here.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. It’s too busy and understaffed with unprofessional people. I have given them chance after chance but this is the last time I will ever do business with them. I have never, I repeat NEVER had a smooth transaction with getting my medication or my child’s meds. It has always been a problem with me ending up speaking to yet another unprofessional employee who calls themselves managers or supervisors. The drive thru is a joke. You pull up and basically park your car for 20 – 30 minutes, and don’t you dare expect an apology for waiting so long. Instead you’ll get a unprofessional employee chewing gum who could care less.

Slowest Service Ever! While I’m sitting in line the Pharmacist is texting on his phone and the tech is «acting«so busy!

I have never experience such poor customer service as I have today. I am not have with this at all. Her tone, the way she handled the transaction and most of all the way that she spoke to me. May it’s the area but when you are dealing with someone’s medicine be professional…

This place is horrible! Don’t go here to fill perscriptions, go to publix. They are too busy and can’t handle the amount of volume that comes in. Therefore service is horrible. There is so much I can say on the bad service I received from them on several ocassions and what I see when im in there for something other than perscriptions, but it’s not worth my time. Just don’t be fooled like me and avoid the headache and time. Go elsewhere.

I usually do not review a Walgreens location or complete the survey mentioned at the end of the receipt, but I will for this visit. While on the Southside, I visited this location. Walgreens has a brand called Good & Delish… their pecan clusters are on par with Turtles, one of my favorite chocolate candies. However, when went to get a bag most of them appeared to have the seal opened. Then I noticed the«best before date» AUG2013… to quote Charles Ramsey…“Something is wrong here… DEADGIVEAWAY”. The other candies had«best before dates» of APR2014… obviously, I did not get any. Other than that, everything else was great!

While I get frustrated with waiting in the drive through for perscriptions, I have been helped with being informed about discounts. Its rare that I go into Walgreens but when I go to get some photos, they do a good job in a timely matter.

If you’re in need of something fast then you can bet on waiting at this Walgreens. Although patience is a virtue there is always a long line at checkout and the pharmacy(I’ve only been once) took a while to acknowledge me. They caught me on a sick day and when I provided my prescription details, one of the techs challenged me and suggested that they were incorrect. To her surprise, when she entered them into the system and picked up and called my provider she realized she was wrong. Needless to say I only run into this location when I truly need something. Thank goodness for CVS because they provide better information and are always interested in helping me to find something.

This location is located in the Camp Creek Marketplace area. Closer to the LA Fitness and Publix I believe. I am concerned when I come to this location after finding items in Acworth or Douglasville at a more expensive price. It seems that in the areas where African American women shop that you would see the items cheaper because you know that they will sell. But I come hear looking for Natural Hair Care products and they are some time $ 2 more than at home or in Douglasville. I DONOTAPPRECIATETHISATALL! I also had a question for the manager about a couple of items in the store and he could not tell me if they carried them or not. I said«Well your ass better be happy that I am not from your Corporate office asking that question because you should know what is in your store or have a general idea about it.» He shrug his shoulder’s and said«Yeah I know I should but i don’t.». At least he was honest. But he didn’t try to find out either!

One of the WORST shopping experiences I’ve ever had in a Walgreens and in any business establishments period! First of all let me say that this is not my local Walgreens. The Walgreens I frequent is excellent. However, I was trying to get some poster prints ordered for my mom and for some reason the Walgreens website sent my pictures to this location which is 15mins from me without even letting me know. So basically I had to hunt my photos down and finally found them here. That wasn’t necessarily this location’s fault though so I didn’t hold it against them HOWEVER when I walked into the establishment and over to the photo counter there was no employee in sight. I waited for almost 5mins before one employee walked over to the photo department, behind the counter to do something, and then walked away without even so much as looking in my direction!!! How rude. She didn’t smile, greet me, ask if I was being helped or anything. How RUDE. I stood there for another minute in complete shock before leaving the desk to find someone who could help me. I ended up having to pull some guy who was stocking the shelves from what he was doing to help. He didn’t smile or greet me either and he never apologized for my wait or for the fact that no one(even though there were dozens of employees in the store) was bothering to see what I needed. He found my purchase and handed it to me. I was so upset at that point I didnt even look at the prints I just paid the $ 30(the price of two posters) and walked out. It’s a good thing I decided to check the prints before pulling out of the parking lot because I wouldve driven all the way home with the foolishness I found. MYPHOTOSWEREHEADLESS!!! BOTHOFTHEM! I was so pissed. What kind of trained employee would assume that a costumer would want or pay for a poster without a head??? WTF? I marched right back in to the store. This time there was an employee behind the desk. I told her very nicely and calmly although I was steaming, about my photos and she didnt even blink, she just started to tell me how they can redo it for me. There was no apology, no nothing. I didn’t even let her finish, I said«no thank you» and requested my money back. She then dismissed me and waved me over to the main cash register to collect my refund instead of her calling someone over to me I had to walk over to them and explain everything again about why I needed the refund. When I got to the register the guy(who was the shelf-stocker from earlier) still had this expression of total apathy on his face as he paged the manager to come assist me with the refund. No apology from him again, not that I was surprised at this point and he sent me BACK over to the photo department to wait on the manager. These people had me walking up and down the store like I was the employee and not them! Surely I thought, the manager would give me better service… no such luck. He was a little more pleasant then the other employees who dealt with me and he issued my refund rather quickly but there was still no apology or any kind of compensation for the HORRIBLE service I was receiving. I will NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVERRRRR visit this Walgreens again and if you actually like and expect good customer service, you shouldn’t either. RIDICULOUS!!! I wish I could give it less stars.
