We handle refinance and purchase transactions, commonly called «Escrow» in other states. We are a full-​service title company, representing Old Republic Title Insurance. If our central-​Atlanta location is not convenient for you, we have the ability to close in different office locations throughout metro-​Atlanta. History

Established in 2012.

Wagner Law Group was established in the Summer of 2012 with the goal of creating a residential real estate law practice with a customer service focus. Our team of real estate veterans has the ability (and the resolve!) to put you and your clients first. We are not a high-​volume, impersonal law firm. From the moment you walk into our lobby to the time you walk out the door with our signature WLG folder under your arm you will be treated with the respect you deserve.

Business Owner

Bo Wagner has practiced real estate law over 16 years. Born in Owensboro, Kentucky, he received his BS in Commerce from Washington & Lee University in 1988 and his JD from Northern Kentucky University in 1991. Bo moved to Atlanta just after the snowstorm of 1993 and lives in Marietta with his wife (and Office Manager!) Susie, their 2 children and 4 rescue dogs. He is active in the Rotary Club of North Fulton (Past-​President) and is on the Board of GRECAA (Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association). He is licensed in Kentucky and Georgia and is also a member of the Real Estate Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
