History

Established in 2015.

We saw significant subjective bias in the talent acquisition lifecycle and identified the opportunity to quantify professional experience and remove bias. Individuals spend hours developing resumes and relationships while receiving no feedback. I understand the difficultly in the job search process and the pain points from both the recruiters’ and the individuals’ perspective. The recruiting industry must transition to analytics-​based platforms instead of rebranding an antiquated process.
