Worst service!!! They are not going to help you! They will charge for everything! My shipping was only 4 dollar and I paid 2 dollar for a package and they didn’t have tape, so the guy suggest that I need to pay for tape which was 4 dollars! I am never going back to this place!

The most miserable employees here — I went to send some packages and she was holding a conversation with another customer as I was trying to ask questions. She almost charged me double to ship than I wanted to pay. Almost started arguing with her. Don’t go here if you want to keep you hair because I almost ripped mine out in frustration.

Hot mess. Those are the words I’m left with as I try to locate a package that was supposed to be delivered two days ago. This post office is my home post office, so mail and packages originate here for delivery. A package was supposed to be delivered. A note was left in my mailbox that delivery was interrupted and I would need to pick up my package at the post office. Call the post office before going to pick it up, they can’t find it. Imagine that. They told me to call tomorrow, and maybe someone will have found it by then. Hot mess.

It’s a USPS office the staff is friendly and efficient. The facilities could use a good sweeping but it is the holidays, so traffic is high.
