Unique Threading & Body Wax

Marie was so amazing! I was very nervous getting the sugar wax but she was very patient, gentle, & made it a comfortable experience for me. I will be back to see her!

I heard great reviews from them and was looking for somewhere new to get my eyebrows done at since I work in the area. After days of looking at their Unilocal reviews I decided to give them a try. I got there about 10 minutes of opening and the place was nice and had a nice atmosphere. I was hoping that I was going to get someone that was mentioned a lot in the review but instead I got Bianca or Briana, I want to say her name was Bianca. I didn’t really like my eyebrows and after looking at them for a while I realized that I hated them. I feel like she rushed through the job and my eyebrows looked nothing alike. I know your not going to get them exactly alike for the most part but she didn’t try. I would go back to try someone else but I won’t be going back to her.

Sana did a great job on my brows! First time getting a Brazilian and Sana was very nice. She’s FAST which can be a bit scary but she talked during the whole process and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Will be back :)

One of the representatives came by my job and told me about this location. She gave me a few cards and comped eyebrow services and gave s discount on sugaring wax. The location is very welcoming. It smelled great when I walked in and the ladies were awesome. The customer service was great. One of the ladies offered me a drink of wine, soda, or water. That added cool points! Sheena took care of my wax. We talked the whole time and she also educated me on the difference btw waxing techniques. It was a painless experience and I will definitely come back to see Sheena!

Horrible customer service! Went there today. Left the place feeling very bitter and unhappy. The receptionist is an ill mannered lady who doesn’t know how to behave with her clients and co-​workers alike! she was very rude and condescending Would not recommend to anyone. So many better places at similar prices.

Hi Sajid, yes I am aware of what we spoke. I have changed my review from «manager» to «receptionist». I wasn’t treated with dignity so you probably need to reassess the situation at the salon. I’m sorry but it wasn’t about the money. I left the girl who waxed me an extra tip because I wanted to establish it really wasn’t about money, but the attitude of the people working there. I would have happily paid if they had asked me nicely. If you read my review I was insulted by your receptionist and that’s where the problem lies. If my next visit to your salon is complimentary I will be happy to give it another try to change my mind. But if I have an unpleasant experience I guess it is understandable that I wouldn’t want to spend money to go there again!

Trying a new threading or waxing spot is always a challenge — you read reviews, check out photos, but apprehension will always linger… after all, one false move on your tech’s part can leave you with brows like Vanilla Ice circa 1992!
Thankfully, Unique seems to be the sort of place where that apprehension can melt away when it comes to their signature service. Upon entering, I was struck by how nice and clean the space is, and within seconds Kalpana greeted me, noticing that it was my first time to their establishment. I indicated what I needed done, and once I was seated at her station, she took stock of my eyebrow situation. She explained what she was seeing (that one was slightly more full than the other, which was true, and exactly what I needed corrected), and asked which version I preferred before setting about her work.
She checked on me throughout, and at the end, explained what she had done and why she had shaped things the ways he had while I reviewed the work in a hand mirror.
Checkout was quick, I was given a loyalty and and informed of the other services they provide, and I was in and out in a grand total of 12 minutes.
I will definitely be back, perhaps to sample one of their facials!

So I hav been desperately seeking sum1 2 thread my brows since quitting the lady I hav gone 2 4 years. I was n the area & Unique popped up on my Unilocal radar so I walked n.
The 1^st thing I noticed was the smell. Smelled like sum1 took a crap & tried 2 mask w/​lots of air freshener. Idk, it may hav been the little smelling tins at the desk or sumthing. I pushed past that & was greeted by Sheena. She was pleasant & did a gr8 job on my brows. Afterwards she offered other waxing survices. I wasn’t n need of anything else @ the time but I will definitely go c her again when it’s time!!!

I stumbled on a Groupon one day and now I come here faithfully for Brazilian waxes, eyebrow threading and facials. This is an amazing place to come and experience wonderful customer service and a unique spa like atmosphere. Sauna is the best if your looking for recommendations. Thank you ladies for all that you do! Unique Threading and Body Wax is awesome.

Went yesterday and enjoyed the experience. Only issue was pressure to receive a full brazilian instead of bikini. Facilities were clean and the service from Sheena was great.

Great eyebrow threading service at a great price! The staff is very professional, and the salon is very clean, modern, and tech savvy.
Sometimes when I go to threading places, the staff will make somewhat disparaging comments about the thickness — or lack thereof — of my eyebrows, but I happen to like them on the thinner side. I liked that no judgmental comments were made, and even if they were thinking of commenting, they kept it to themselves lol. Good customer service goes a long way in my book, and I appreciate that the staff was friendly and respectful. On top of that, they do a great job, with the results of the threading lasting quite a while!

Today I went in and was serviced by Sheena, she was great and fast! I was in and out of the door in no less than 15 minutes from when I walked in. I will be coming back here!

I was in search of new place to get my brows done after relocating from Florida.
So after reading all the reviews about this salon I got my eyebrows threaded today for the very first time! It was a very good experience. My threader was Sheena and she was lovely. She listened to how I wanted my eyebrows and gave me full and shapely brows. The salon was VERY clean and the wait time was less than 5 minutes. This will definitely be the place where I get my brows done. Highly Recommended!

I had my first sugaring experience here & it was amazing! This is the only place in Georgia that has the gel, all others have the paste and that’s more painful. The lovely lady that helped me, Sheena, made sure I was comfortable every step of the way & I’m definitely coming back!

Just a little background… So I moved to the Vinings area in January 2015 and found this place. I needed to find a new wax dungeon in the area — I say dungeon because there is nothing glamorous about the process… And they offer eyebrow threading as well? Come to one place for both services? Sold.
Anyway, with that being said, I have been visiting pretty regularly (monthly) since the sweet discovery. There was now only one problem. I needed an aesthetician that could deliver! Wax and eyebrows.
Sheena has done that! The best service I’ve had to date! The best thing she could’ve done is consult me on my eyebrows — usually they will just go to town on my brows without asking how I like them. Because of that, I leave with ‘good enough’ and not really happy but I wouldn’t complain because that’s not what I do. I have been trying to get the perfect brow shape for months and each month I would have to start the re-​growth process in hopes that the next time they would get it perfectly right. This time… Checkmate. She also gave recommendations for other services of the salon without being pushy — which can make people like myself uncomfortable.

No stars wasn’t an option, I went in for a BW, from a Groupon deal. Called and got an appointment and mentioned it. I got there, and was seating in the room for the wax. Then the lady said you have to have a 24hr appointment for Groupon. I said this is bad business, you should not have taken my appointment for today. Shaaaaaady… I’m cancelling my Groupon today! If you can’t honor it, then don’t go put yourself in Groupon.

Was my first visit and I was super impressed! Took me a long time to find the RIGHT location and coming to Unique Threading was DEFINITELY worth it! The location is calm and relaxing, the staff are polite and knowledgeable, and I can honestly say that I will be back! Thank you Sadi!

This place is amazing!!! Oh my goodness what a professional and lovely experience considering the pain that Brazilian waxing involves. Was greeted by the sweet Tina upon arrival who took me to a very clean room playing soothing music. I know I’m a total wuss but waxing down there makes me nervous. She was incredibly professional and that sugar scrub they use here truly decreases the pain to about fifty percent less. Also got my mustache and chin threaded and very happy with the results as well.
Will recommend this to anyone that asks for a Brazilian wax place. Can’t wait to try the coffee scrub exfoliant I purchased. Thank you so very much. Yay!

So i got a groupon for this place… it’s much closer to my house. I was in the market for a body waxing spot and this place is like Disney land. They thread or wax your face and wax your entire body. The staff is very professional. The rooms and equipment are immaculately clean.
I made an appointment to go back a month from now, to be continued…
