Like most things related to Lenox Square, if I can find another mall location than Lenox, it normally ranks higher on my I like this location better list. Thus this review. In my limited ability to determine square footage, this location is larger than the Lenox location. Maybe not by much footage wise, but this location is wider in a sense that there is more room to browse in this particular location and the store can surely hold more customers without feeling like its a fire hazard. Employee wise, I’m a little torn down the middle. In this store, the manger normally assist me. I had some issues with a purchase made last Christmas(2011), so she knows me and my personality and my desire for a certain level of service. Some of the other employees, not so much, like they will greet/welcome you, but they also give me the feeling that if they don’t think you are about to buy 3 pair of $ 200+ jeans, then they will stand back and wait on you to tell them what you need/want. Not at Lenox. At the Lenox location, they know us by name and face and act like an old family friend is visiting when we go there. Like my review of the Lenox store, this location allows me to continue my pledge that the recession is only for the people that it is always for, those that don’t have the money in the first place, because I’ve never gone here and there wasn’t three or four other people shopping for $ 200+ jeans. Upper level, Macy’s wing. 6 of 100
