Top Notch did an absolutely GORGEOUS job on my new bedroom, living and dining room seats.
I had a custom headboard made, a dust ruffle, chair, sofa, and seat cushions. Phew! They did a lot of work, and very well.
The high points of this company would revolve around their efficiency, attention to detail, and their helpful staff.
Efficiency points: *Heavy-​duty screwing my headboard into the frame, taking the time to attach the chair seats appropriately into my antique dining room chairs
—They did not make my dust ruffle the appropriate length, but are willing to come back and re-​measure.
Attention to detail points: *Gorgeous ruching of the bordering of my heaboard. Making additional pillows in the same fabric to match my sofa, lovely!
Helpful staff points: *Very kind and easy to talk to, did not make me uncomfortable to have them in my home, courteous.
—I accidentally missed several calls in a row as they were trying to find my apartment. They were late due to traffic and yes, this was my fault. Since this time, one young woman has not been very courteous towards me. In fact, she hung the phone up on me the other day! She must have been too busy to let me finish my sentence.
