Excellent service, prices and and staff! Came in for an alignment and was back out the door in less than 30 minutes! I do recommend calling ahead to make sure they’re not on a wait as I’m sure they’re going to get more and more popular given their great track record. Thanks guys!

Came because of the good reviews, that and I had a flat. Place was decent on the inside and the guy at the counter was friendly. I dont know what kind of black magic they performed but they got me a used tire for 40 $ and in 15 minutes. Great stuff.

These guys impressed me today. Called and said I was in a time crunch and needed an alignment. Guy said they could get me in and out in an hour. I’ll say. Took 20 min. Also was less than $ 75 which is on the low side of an alignment. Normal is 75 – 150. Needless to say I had a great experience and will be going back there when I need repairs.

Friendly, HONEST, fast, & fair pricing. They have a great road hazard program as well on new tire purchases and a great service plan if you buy a full set. Taylor was excellent! He was honest to me about not needing to buy 4 new tires just because ¾ were old (even though I almost insisted I did) and gave me an update on the condition of my wheels. My car is driving so smoothly now. I won’t go anywhere else!

These guys were great! I hit a deep Atlanta pothole and went here due to good Unilocal reviews. They didn’t have the tire I needed and all their suppliers were on back order, so they helped me find it on-​line from another retailer. I had it delivered to Tire South and in the meantime they loaned me a used tire to get me to South Carolina and back. Awesome service and a job well done!!!

Came in for an alignment and a patch for my tire. Had a great experience. Really great staff! Highly knowledgable and very quick. They made sure I actually needed the service before doing it and I was in and out in less than an hour. Will be returning here for my tire needs!

Great experience buying used tires here in November. Recently called the shop to get a tire quote and they were completely honest with me despite not purchasing a tire from them. Highly recommend and will do business with them in the future.

Visiting this place is always a learning experience! I always gain valuable information from the staff regarding the issue/​s with my vehicle. They take their time to explain what is happening now and what will happen in the future. Something that all places should do but of course money is the motive! Staff is friendly and Taylor always provides the best customer service!

Phenomenal fast friendly service. Came in to get my tire patched/​plugged cause there was a screw in it and they immediately took care of me and welcomed my dog in their office. So incredibly nice and did a great job for a really competitive price!

I love this place. Very professional, fast, and trustworthy. I would recommend Tire South to anyone that’s looking for new or used tires. This is the only place I feel comfortable buying tires from in the City. I’m not a big fan of the location but they’re worth it.

Highly unprofessional. I called to price a product and found it to be a priced too high. The gentlemen on the phone, informed me that he would price match it if I brought a receipt from elsewhere. So I grabbed one out of my glove box and happily drove their way.
Once I arrived I viewed the tire, and found it acceptable, but was informed they were no longer going to price match, which is annoying since that is the sole reason I drove to this place. The guy who told me this was NOT the guy I spoke with on the phone. I calmly tried to explain that this is not what we spoke about, while he tried to tell me that I misunderstood. I misunderstood nothing. I know EXACTLY what I was told. So I calmly asked could I speak with the guy I spoke on the phone with. He claims is too busy and won’t come speak with me. Seriously, you can’t take 2 mins away from what you are doing and come speak with a customer that is having a dispute based on your conversation? How ridiculously rude!
Then the guy I was conversing with starts to get a nasty attitude and rudely tells me «either you want it or you don’t» in a very condescending tone. How can a third party tell me about a conversation he wasn’t a part of?
The entire ordeal left a bad taste in my mouth. I won’t be returning.

Conveniently located off I75 Howell Mill Rd. Visited 3 times in the past year. I never had to wait more than 30 minutes with no appointment made. Speedy service for tire repair. Excellent customer service at an affordable rate!

Very honest! 2 weeks ago the tire pressure indicator light up — there was a nail in the tire and it was plugged down in Florida– everything was fine. We drove to Atlanta and the night before a 650 mile drive home the light goes on again. Driving that far with two kids is hard enough let alone a flat on the way… I went to Tire South first thing in the morning to get it checked. I told them about the plug and they could have easily sold me a tire and I would not have questioned it but they checked all the tire pressures and explained they were all equally low pointing more to the 25 degree drop in temperature than a leak. There was no charge and he seemed to appreciate rather than expect our tip. We had a safe trip home. Very Grateful!

I was so skeptical about a car service place with such high reviews but after coming here and experiencing it for myself I’d give it more if I could. Outstanding service catering to what you need and not what they want to sell. Quick and down to business.

Dealing with auto repair can be daunting at times, but Brandon and the guys here are straight shooting hard workers. They got my Bmw aligned and installed new tires in under 45minutes. They offer a 6 month warranty on alignments and are all around nice guys. If you’re feeling intimidated about getting tires or getting them installed, try these guys!

I just came back from being away for about a week, and it was about 11pm. The last thing you want on a Sunday night the day before work is your tire to explode. But that’s what happened, and I was not a happy man. #firstworldproblems
But I digress. I eventually got home at 1am, and called Tire South the next morning to see if the shop was busy. They told me they didn’t take appointments but told me to come on in.
The place was small and didn’t look special. However, everything about my experience was amazing. I was able to replace my tire for much cheaper than I had expected. They even give you the option of replacing your flat tire, or in my case exploded tire, with a used one. On top of that, the whole process must have taken only 20 minutes. I was in complete shock

I almost want to get another flat tire on purpose so that I could be amazed once more.

Incredible customer service!
The situation:
I came home from a week of travel on the road to find my car in the garage with a flat tire. I popped it off, threw on the spare donut, and noticed a nice piece of metal in the middle of the tread. I looked up shops near me and noticed Tire South getting some great reviews. Well, there’s a reason.
The action:
I was finally able to get over to their shop on Saturday, late in the afternoon. They were about 30 minutes from closing. The technician came over, took out the tire from the trunk, took a look at the metal in the tread and said «let’s see what we can do.» We rolled the tire into the bay to look at the tire more closely. Unfortunately, the cut of the metal across the tread meant a repair wasn’t possible. The technician went through all my options. I shared I was selling this car soon and didn’t need to make an investment of a new tire. «No problem, we’ve got a used tire in this exact make/​model downstairs.» Perfect!
The result:
I thought I’d be filling out paper work to leave my wheel with them and then pick it up early in the week. Nope, the technician came back with the tire and told me «we’ll have you out of here in 5 minutes.» They were now 15 minutes to close and looking like they were shutting down for the day. But they swapped the tire off the wheel, ran a balance check, inflated it up, and placed back in the back of my car. I was literally in and out of there in 20 minutes.
Thanks to the team at Tire South. I’ll definitely be using you for all my future tire service needs!
