Thrasher Pool and Spa

This was the worst pool service I’ve ever gotten. This person is con artist that will throw you in the deep end for $ 100. When the service was so bad I canceled to be held in contract which I disputed. Not worth my time to fight it. This whole company is a bad joke.

I found Thrasher and researched them online. Owner Chris was very prompt and easy to work with. The pool that came with my house was a disaster. It was never finished and sat empty and full of fetid water and leaves for years while the previous owners underwent foreclosure. Results are excellent and exceeded my expectations. It looks like the pool was brand new. Amazingly the pool was completed and operational within a week. I have recommended Thrasher to other homeowners.

I emailed Chris with Thrasher Pool & Spa when we bought a home that had a hot tub/​spa in the backyard. The previous owners never used it — it was «abandoned» by the people who installed it and then sold the house.
Chris came out and went over the spa with me. He showed me exactly what needed to be done, and even discounted his service fee since the appointment was short.
Chris ordered the parts (hard to find) and came out on a Sunday to install them. He then taught me how to care for the spa, and showed me all of the controls.
Chris is not just a professional, but a super nice guy to work with. He could have tried to make me pay thousands of dollars since I didn’t know what I was working with, but instead he saved me money. Chris has one of the attitudes that makes you want to work with him, and he really does want things to work for you. He goes out of his way to fit into your schedule, and gets the job done!
Definitely a 5 Star experience!
