We have 5 self-​storage facilities in Georgia and 7 in Alabama, mainly the Huntsville/​Madison area. Our Georgia locations are in Cumming, Alpharetta, Lilburn, Jonesboro and Stockbridge. We offer both dry and climate control storage at certain locations. Our locations also have RV/​Boat parking. The Storage Neighbor is a network of self storage facilities located in Alabama and Georgia. The Company was founded by NitNeil Partners, which developed its first self storage facility in Alabama in 1994. The Storage Neighbor expanded into Georgia in 2003 with the development of a facility just south of Metropolitan Atlanta. NitNeil has continued to expand The Storage Neighbor brand through both development and the acquisition of independently owned facilities. The Company remains a family owned business and is committed to serving its customers. Neil and Nitesh Sapra work out of the Atlanta Corporate office in Midtown while their father Val works out of Huntsville, AL.
