*Infants and toddlers begin learning phonics through the SOUNS program for early literacy, create art work and learn independence as well as practicing their fine and gross motor skills.

*The learning adventure continues in twos where numbers, colors, shapes and toileting independence are only a few of the things they learn each day.

*Three year olds begin to learn to read and develop higher number concepts along with science projects to learn more about their environment.

*By four years old, our early learners are more than prepared for our kindergarten level Private Pre-​school.

*Spanish, Sign Language, Music, PE, Dance, and Martial Arts, are but a fe

History

Established in 2010.

The Meliora School was founded in 2010 on the idea of providing high quality early learning experiences to children and families for an affordable rate. This location joined our group in 2012, bringing a connection to a strong and caring community, supporting education for our youngest minds and grounded in Christian values.

Meet the Manager

Cindy W.

Manager

I started in the early childcare and education field in November 2000 by accident. I had been a stay at home mom for five years with my oldest two children and needed something to do once they started school. On a whim, I stopped by the center where I am currently employed as the Director to see if they needed any help. I started with the center the second day it was open in the Toddler classroom. Since then I have worked with every age group in every classroom. I have been the cook, van driver, IT person, front desk; you name I have done it. I love working on behalf of the children, their families and the staff to make for a better future for us all. My motto is to learn through play while exposing our students to new and exciting things beyond their own backyard. Being in the early care arena allows me the opportunity to advocate for our future — «All of Our Futures !»
