The Juice Box

I was staying across the street at the Wyndham and wanted to buy some beer, rather than spend the $ 7 a pint in the restaurant bar.
I could see the Juice Bar from my room and looked it up. I was surprised to see it was a booze store!
I grabbed my friend and we walked across the street!
First off, cool place. Impressed upon walking in. Huge selections of wine and liquor, and gift items.
The beer section was decent, but I’ve seen better. Their single beer selection was small, and pricey. The majority of their beer selection was cases and 6-​packs. I couldn’t get any more than a few, because I was keeping them in my friend’s mini fridge. (Wyndham doesn’t supply fridges, but my company supplied one for my friend whom was a diabetic).
I picked a few and I had to buy an opener as well. I think I paid around $ 12 for the 2 beers and the opener. Probably too much but oh well. (Cheaper than $ 7 a pint downstairs!)
They had a bunch of carts by check out saying «deals». I use the air quotes for deals because they were «deals», if you catch my drift!
I asked the worker if they were half off the price, or how the pricing worked. They were white tags, clearly not marked down at all. For instance, they had wine charms for $ 19.99. That’s not a deal. They should’ve been ½ that! Everything in the carts were that way. Definitely not deals, just «deals». Ha! Can’t fool me!
That’s why they lost stars. Their stupid «deal» carts and lack of single beers.
I should’ve just went to Publix across the street! Boooo!

What a great find and I cannot believe I had not shopped here before a few months ago. Tanya C suggested it for me as I was looking for a specific bottle of wine for a birthday gift and it is located halfway between where we live. I walked in and was overwhelmed with the selection right away.
I was greeted by a couple of different staff members, offering help, and I simply asked for red wines and La Crema winery and they pointed me in the general direction. They asked what varietal and I said Pinot Noir and they walked me to exactly what I needed. I had a couple to choose from, ratings were listed by the bottles and the prices were clearly displayed. I grabbed it, a gift bag and checked out in no time flat.
Since, I have been back a few times in similar scenarios and have always been pleased and it has been super easy to find what I need/​want. And if I need help, they are quick to help me find it. So this is my new go to for anything wine related.

Hands down Thee Best Liquor store I have ever been to! The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful! It’s super clean, organized and easy to locate your faves! They didn’t have the wine I was looking for and immediately told me that they would order it :) Do yourself a favor and make your way to The Juice Box!!!

They are one of the very few places around town that had my Cocchi Americano there. I felt oh so special asking them to set aside two bottles (they store it in a special room for you). The name is cheesy but I swear they have everything… not that I’ve looked for everything because I know what I like, but still.
It’s organized and clean. Definitely worth checking out!

What a gem!!! By far the best liquor store I’ve ever been to anywhere — clean, organized, friendly, etc. A friend and I went in over the weekend when looking for wine to drink before a concert that we needed to be drunk at to attend.
An older man, who I assume was the owner, was insanely helpful and asked us about what wines we liked, our price point, etc. and he made great suggestions. I didn’t feel pressure to buy an expensive bottle. I thought they had good prices overall.
I am now forever spoiled by The Juice Box — Indianapolis doesn’t have anything that even closely compares.

This really is the best liquor store, ever. It’s clean, upscale, easy to navigate, and CHEAP! The best part is that they have the largest selection of Skinny Girl cocktails in Atlanta (based on my own unscientific research).
Shopping here has the feel of a bookstore. Everything is well laid out and the shelves are always stocked. They have a great Unilocal Check-​In offer for $ 10 off a bottle of wine. After you use that, sign up for their rewards program and you’ll get 1 point every time you spend $ 20.

So I try my best to shop at family owned liquor stores. During those moments of weakness, I find myself here at The Juice Box.
I have to first say that there is a 10% check in coupon off a bottle of wine. No one ever seems to use it here and sometimes the cashier will give you trouble for trying to use it. At the end, I always get it off and I’m sure you will too.
There is a very large selection of wine and liquor here. Perhaps my favorite is the large selection of Skinnygirl. They have table red, white, Pino Grigio, Pinot Noir, margarita, cosmo, mojito, grapefruit margarita, prosecco, and so much more!
I can sum up my experience in this conversation,
Me — «Do you have Ramona Singer Pinot Grigio?»
Associate — «No, but we have Bethenny’s.»
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!

Hands down the BEST package store in Atlanta. All of the associates, including management have an immense product knowledge and are very relatable! This company must take care of their employees because they take care of customers FOR SURE. They remember my partner and myself by name (not sure if that’s a good thing LOL) and they show genuine concern and care every visit. While I’m a fairly new resident to Vinings I have frequented this area a lot in the last 18 months and whether I still live in Cobb or another area I will make the drive to the Juicebox. It’s worth the trip! Jay is great!

Best liquor store in Smyrna! Huge selection, great staff. I have a liquor store across the street from my home but I drive here instead!

Great business with very helpful staff. The store is well-​organized, clean, and inviting, and has very reasonable prices. Staff is very nice, and always available to answer questions, order special items, etc. My go-​to place for alcohol.

This place is awesome! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and courteous. They remember your face and it makes you feel like you’re welcomed there. The selection is huge! Even if I move out of this area, The Juice Box will always be my store!

This is probably one of the nicest, cleanest, and decently priced liquor shops here in Marietta. It’s maybe one of the few places people can buy a bottle/​beer without spending a huge amount on this side of Marietta.
They even have buzz ice cream bars! Isn’t that cool?! Getting buzzed off an ice cream bar. That made my Friday.
Our office lets us have beer on Fridays and so… gotta pick up some stuff right? I actually didn’t know The Juice Box was a liquor shop ha. I kind of assumed it was something else.
Parking — there are billions. It’s in the same lot as Publix and Sushi Huku. Even on a busy day, you’ll fine one.
Price wise — nothing was outrageous. But then again, I don’t really buy alcohol much so… but my co workers didn’t mention say anything about the prices either. Apparently The Juice Box has a good beer selection.
People here are really nice. Definitely very attentive to their customers. I’ll be back here again probably for our Fun Fridays.

I love this place.
First of all, it’s HUGE. Second, they will do anything they can to help you find what you’re looking for. I went in there after a trip it Italy trying to recreate a drink and could only find the recipe online in Italian, lucky for me two people there spoke it! So random, but awesome.
And they have a drive thru! What could be better than that?

Let’s be real, Sandy Springs really leaves a lot to be desired for liquor stores despite claims that «every other store is a mattress store, liquor store, or cash checking office.» I’ve tried everywhere on the Roswell Rd. corridor from Abernathy down to the city limits, and I find everything too limiting and overpriced, and constantly would make the trek to one of Tower’s locations instead.
And then I discovered The Juice Box when trying to find out if I could even legally buy Everclear in Georgia (don’t judge, it was for a perfume making experiment). So I headed over, it’s a quick hop over two exits on 285 so why not?
On my first visit I was immediately impressed. The store is really good looking, and I love that they have electronic price tags on the shelves. They have so much stuff, it’s a nice change. A decent section of the store is obviously dedicated to wine, but the middle is filled with liquor, and on the other end is beer which I somehow haven’t checked out yet.
The prices are pretty comparable to places like Tower and Green’s which I think have the best prices. The one major thing that will have me always coming here is that there is one price, and no different prices for cash/​credit/​debit/​limbs/​first born children/​dogecoin. I like to get Pinnacle vodka, and the last time I bought a bottle I was at Green’s on Ponce, and it was around $ 10, here it was $ 11 for a 750ml bottle. So, not bad. I think the prices are on par with what Tower charges for credit. Every price range is available here which is a major difference from other places I’ve tried in Sandy Springs.
Also if you’re like me and like Pinnacle, they don’t have nearly the same amount of the flavored varieties but there’s enough. Also my favorite thing is that while 750ml is $ 11, 1.75L is $ 17.
Everyone I have encountered has been super nice, and they won’t hesitate to ask if you need any help. If it’s your first time there it is a bit confusing to figure out where liquors are.
This is definitely a great location too being right near Publix. Plus, if you live anywhere nearby it’s not a tough drive at all, even when rush hour (s) have slowed one side of 285, you can use Mount Vernon!
I want to give them 5 stars but I’m going to reserve that for checking out beer. I didn’t want to sit on this review anymore, because clearly more people need to check this place out. When I first went back in April or May, they were celebrating one year open!

Just doing a quick update:
Service is very consistent … as a matter of fact, it seems to be getting better and better. I absolutely love the point system they have. They also have a drive thru: D They have a huge selection of wine, liquor, and beer. There is also a small fridge of sodas and a fridge for 10lb bags of ice for under 3 bucks. They also have a wide selection of any other concoctions you can think of. Also, Publix is next to this place so you can grab some chips, hot wings, other kinds of sodas and juices, etc.
I definitely love shopping here for my party-​making needs. I highly suggest it.

This is a great place to purchase your beer, wine and liquor. The selection is outstanding and the prices are right. The staff is also very helpful and doesn’t bother you while you are browsing the store.

This was an excellent package store experience. The store is immaculate and the décor has a decidedly upscale appeal to it.
The customer service was spot on. We were even invited to give them a call if we didn’t care for the taste of the substitution that was suggested for my regular Horchata. Additionally, they promised to place an order for the Lindemans Peche Lambic that I was looking for.
I will definitely return to this store — for their selection and their outstanding level of customer care.

This might be the best liquor store I have ever been in.
The store was big and had a huge selection and there was space to move around without worrying about knocking down entire displays of liquor.

This is by far my favorite spirits stop. I live next door to hillside package but drive the extra mile for the Juice Box. The store is immaculate and well lit. There is an extensive wine selection. But I can also grab my cheap go-​to girls night wine. The store itself is nice and the staff is AMAZING. Always friendly and well groomed. Honestly it just makes going into a liquor store not feel so dirty. My only criticism is that I wish they had a more extensive craft beer selection. If they carried a few of my favorite then it would literally be my one stop shop. Either way, I am now a loyal customer and make it a point to support them with all my business. It’s great to have such a clean, nice place to go shop for my libations.

Juice Box is one of the nicest package stores I have ever been in. It is very organized and the selection is fabulous. They have a wide variety of beer, wine, and liquor, and the prices range from super affordable to wow I could not afford a sip of that. The staff is helpful if you need assistance, but they will also leave you alone to peruse their goods.
The wine section is laid out with reds in the front of the store and whites in the back. Within each section, the racks are arranged by varietal and region. It is very easy to find what you are looking and to come across some bottles that you didn’t know you needed also. They have so many interesting wines that I have not seen in other stores.
Juice Box certainly has other stores in this area beat when it comes to the variety of liquor that they have. Again, they have so many items that I have never seen in other places, yet they have all of the basic booze as well.
The beer selection is all the way to the left of the store. I have not made it past the wine and liquor sections to really explore the beer. Maybe next time I will start my explorations on the left side.
Juice Box is such a welcome addition to the Northside Parkway/​Powers Feery area of Sandy Springs. You should go eat at Sushi Huku and then walk across the parking lot and get some liquid treats to take home with you. Sounds like a good night to me!
