The Jane Atlanta, Buckhead’s prominent residential apartment community, epitomizes luxurious living while simultaneously paying homage to Robert «Bobby» Jones, an Atlanta native and golfer. The Jane Atlanta’s close proximity to the prestigious Bobby Jones Golf Course and the story of his Calamity Jane – favorite custom-​made club putters, which he fondly named after the famed frontierswoman Mary «Calamity» Jane Canary – inspired the design and development teams to create custom interior and exterior features. They look nice and are in a great location. But there have been several car break-​in, apartment break-​ins and maintenance issues. Management is very irresponsible. The security system to our parking garage and to the building is down and management is very slow to fixing it. This resulted in 25 cars being broken into and I’ve heard 1 or 2 were stolen in one night. The hallways are not kept clean and the pool is never cleaned around. You will find beer cans scattered through the pool area and sometimes hallways. We had a leak in our ceiling and management refused to fix it for a week. I would not recommend this place.

I just transferred to The Jane from one of the CWS sister properties and I must say I do love it here. This is my 5th CWS Property and so far I love it. It is close to everything I do in the city, the staff is extremely nice and helpful and the property is a beautiful property. Maintenance has been very responsive with service issues that needed to be addressed before I moved into my home.
I chose to downsize this move and while it has been a struggle, I was able to secure a storage unit onsite to help with some of the items I don’t need at my immediate disposal. The one bedroom I chose has just enough room for me and the color patterns are awesome along with the wooden floors. I am truly enjoying my time here and look forward to walking on the Beltline and enjoying some of the fitness classes offered onsite during the week.
I am glad I made the decision to move to The Jane.

I just moved in and I can honestly say I really do like it here! Alakia was helping me find a place and I decided to go with their one bedroom. They have a very helpful staff and maintenance team. My neighbors are friendly and the apartment itself is nice as well!
