The Daily

Hands down, favorite workout studio in the city! They offer a great selection of classes that are sure to please everyone from Pilates enthusiasts to cardio junkies. The classes are always challenging, leaving you feeling accomplished and refreshed. The icing on top is the beautiful and relaxing studio environment and of course Lily and her wonderful staff!

Beautiful studio! I never would have known it existed if it weren’t for ClassPass. I took the Pilates class and it was fantastic. The instructor was extremely knowledgable and easy to follow. I cannot wait to go back and check out some of the other classes!

I love this sleek, new workout studio on the Westside. The classes are small and intimate; I have never had more than nine total students in a class. I also love the body positive atmosphere –it’s not about getting skinny, it’s about building strength and endurance here. Instructors are kind and motivating, but don’t let that fool you into thinking they won’t kick your butt — they most certainly will!
The class I’ve come back for again and again is the «Daily 30,» a 30 minute circuit training class that’s one of the toughest I’ve ever taken. During the Daily 30, you’ll rotate through three minutes of strength exercises, followed by two minutes of cardio, and finally one killer minute core work on the mat. This is the perfect workout for someone who is busy (like me), because I can always convince myself I can carve out just 30 minutes to go workout.
There is plentiful free parking, and though space to change and shower is limited, it is available. I discovered this studio through classpass, but it’s so good, I would certainly consider getting a membership.

A friend and I took the «Daily Foundations» beginners class on the pilates reformer. The studio was impeccably clean and very stylish. The reformer classes are small — only four reformers in the room — and the instructor gave us personalized direction. Overall, it was a challenging workout. I can’t wait to go back and try their other classes!
