Established in 2012.

The Concierge Emporium is the brain child of Carol Pinheiro and Jay Ervin. Carol and Jay met via a running group, and quickly discovered their mutual interests in entrepreneurship, business, and in making things happen.

After months of voluntarily creating, organizing and assisting the lives their acquaintances, The Concierge Emporium was born. With Jay’s creativity, Carol’s business efficacy, and the pair’s shared quality of getting things done, The Concierge Emporium is up to the challenge of taking on some of the most unorthodox tasks, as well as those that are… well…safely inside the box.
