This place is run as a tight as a drum. The manager is awesome. His staff is amazingly efficient and cheerful. Even when he’s got new staff training — it still runs flawlessly.(I go there a lot) If every Taco Bell ran this well I’d go a helluva lot more often. Btw-the food is always spot on. I’m grateful that there is a good fast food option-let alone a Taco Bell downtown. I highly recommend.

First visit to the CNN center and wanted something quick. I found the area is typically busy but I was there later on a mid-week night and it was slow at all the restaurants in the court. I walk up to the Taco Bell counter to place an order and the gentleman behind the counter is facing my direction, but he was texting on his phone and would not even look up/acknowledge me standing there. I coughed, ahem, and nothing. Never had an experience like that. Kinda ruined my perception of Taco Bell in general and I certainly won’t return to that one next time I am in town. I headed over to another restaurant in the court and the service was great.

This places gives me the hemorrhoids but wouldn’t turn down a 7 layer burrito for nothing.

So I love Taco Bell. There isn’t a Taco Bell I wouldn’t revisit, even though there’s only a 2% chance that your order will be given to you correctly. That’s the problem with the franchise, so focused on the expediency of their food delivery(I’ve seen them slap together a bean & cheese burrito in 3 seconds) and thinking up new slogan’s to go on their hot sauce packets, that it leaves no room for customer service. It always seems I have a new cashier when I visit as well. Over the past 20 years in my love affair with their food, I’ve learned the best way to order is to spell every. single. detail. out. I never seem to just want«the #5» and always have some small modification(no onions here, cheese added here.) Even with my diligence, I still only have about a 2% success rate at getting the order the way I wanted. Besides a horrible success rate, this location is prone to dumb people(some good workers here though, I’ve visited quite a bit.) I brought back a quesadilla one time where they hadn’t melted any of the cheese inside. It was like eating a cold shredded cheese sandwich. I had torn it apart to investigate then went back and told them how to make a quesadilla by using the magic hot presser(IDK what it’s called, but I know it makes the magic.) The lady looked at me like I was speaking English, which I was. She then took the item from me and instead of throwing it away and making me another one(this one was torn open and I had touched all over it) she placed it inside the magic hot presser. I got it back all melted and folded upon itself, but at least it was hot. That was the absolute most unsanitary thing I’ve seen at any Taco Bell. Maybe I’m a sucker, but I still eat here.

I love T-Bell… this one is alright and will suffice before a Thrashers game. This one seems to have some technical difficulties at times(wrong orders, orders take a long time, etc.). This is especially true on game nights. Oh well… it is still hard to mess up the deliciousness that is Taco Bell.

It’s a Tbell, it’s in a foodcourt, nothing out of the ordinary about it, not a favorite Tbell, but all Tbells make me somewhat satisfied!

I went to this Taco Bell for a quick bite before heading into Philips for a Hawks game. Just another Taco Bell, but the service was poor. It was a weeknight, so CNN Center was packed with not only fans going to the game, but office workers, business travelers, and tourists and this Taco Bell had only 4 people working: 2 in the back making the food, 1 at the register, and 1 generally overseeing everything. Orders took forever and when I finally got mine, they messed it up. I ordered two chalupas and two soft tacos and they completely forgot one of the soft tacos. They were super busy, but that was not cool.
