The best agent I’ve ever worked with ever! Her strongest asset is her connections and she has the amazing ability to get things done and break through obstacles and delays. Because she is organized and prepared, she proactively guided us through the home buying process (which had changed considerably since our last home purchase) with clear direction and the documents used were very understandable. (Our selling agent and his work was always compared to her customer service, poor sap.) Sylvia is quiet and thoughtful and will not inundate you with advice, which may put off some people. But what she does say is important, which is better than the constant blather of sales types. She’s there to help you buy a house not affirm needy personalities, so if your expectations are right you’re going to get an awesome agent.
