Fox Glove Court Care and Rehabilitation Center, an affiliate of Sunbridge Care is a JOKE! This facility is the worst ever. I visited a friend back in March and was floored to smell the patients before I could see them. Every time you call, you are placed on hold for 10 – 20 min. When you call back, telling the person that you were placed on hold and are wanting to speak to someone, they tell you in such a nasty way, that the cordless phone is either missing or not working as if you are supposed to know that this is why you’ve been placed on hold for that long of a period, then they just hang up. The nursing staff is rude and uncaring. I had to practically beg them to put my friend in a wheelchair so that he could join us in the kitchen. His nurse was telling me how he didn’t have a chair… This, after someone had already told me that he could sit in a particular chair and even then, she didn’t move a muscle. After about a half an hour, I had to get someone else to move him. It was awful… My friend seems to like it there, but I know that he is being abused. He had a big sore on his arm where he has a tube for his dialysis treatments and it had pus oozing from it. I asked him if it hurt and he said that it did not. He said he told the nurse but she didn’t do anything about it. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to a mangy dog with rabies. Why is it still opened.
