Subway

My first review in #Andylanta due to the awesome service. Have stopped by here a few times since moving, and EVERY time I have had the best service… really, truly awesome customer service. Everything is clean, my sammiches get made on the spot and when I ask for The Works, I get the works.
¹⁰⁄₁₀ would accidentally cause the death of my mentor by crocodile and get in a fight with Bob Barker in order to get a free Subway for life card again.

The food is consistently good. The store is usually clean and neat. The only downside to this location is their customer service lacks a great deal.

My husband and I went to this store at 9:00 to grab a quick, yes late, dinner. Before going in, I checked the hours that were posted on the door to make sure the store wasn’t about to close (The hours said open to 11:00). When my husband tried to order his Meatball sub, the special of the day, the employee shook her head no and mumbled they were out. I questioned that the fact that they were out considering they were going to be open for another 2 hours. She said «nahh we close in an hour.» I informed her that her sign said until 11:00 but she reconfirmed that they would be closing in an hour. My husband decided on another sandwich but when he asked for salt and pepper she decided to add salt and pepper and oregano! It wasn’t worth it to my husband to mention it at this point. The food was fine, but the entire time we were there we were made to feel that we were inconveniencing the employee who was working.

I know, Subway… you don’t expect a fabulous review. I am a picky customer! I was VERY impressed by the clealiness of the establishment, super friendly people working there (RJ & Katie), & quick service of a good sub. Vegetables were fresh, bread soft & fresh, just the way you expect it to be. This Subway stands out from the rest, & no I’m not the mgr. Or Mother of someone working there, Im just a regular customer! I will definitely go back.

I don’t give out many 5 stars … But my reason for this is because I think this was the best Subway experience I’ve ever had! Edgar made my day! He made me laugh, helped me with my order, and had the patience for the many orders I did make. I had to give credit where credit is due. The rest of the staff were pretty awesome too… They definitely helped with the fun flow of ordering my subs.
