Don’t get me wrong I personally love Subway but this location absolutely sucks. They are extremely slow and have poor customer service! The staff here does not seem happy at all, rarely smiles and some barely speak English. I will never go to this Subway again!

Slowest subway ever! I seldom write reviews, but after my third visit here i feel compelled to express my frustration. Let me start by saying that when I go to subway I’m not expecting a gourmet experience, just something cheap and quick. I’ve been to this subway 3 times, each time I’ve waited well over 15 minutes… With only one other person in line. I understand that my order is low on their priority list, but please don’t look at me like I’m the crazy one when I try to get your attention to order. If you’re looking for a mediocre sandwich and long wait, then this is the place for you.

This was the worst Subway I’ve ever been to, and I’m a fan of the restaurant chain. I always order the same thing: a veggie patty chopped salad. When I walked in, there were two people behind the counter and a gentleman hanging out by the register. There were 6 people in front of me, which at any other Subway would have taken about 5 mins to get through. In this case, it took 20 mins to get to me and the guy taking my order, Alpha(no, I’m not making that name up), was either a mumbler and hard of hearing or just plain hated his life or his job. I ordered my usual and as he started to put the spinach directly in the to-go box, I asked«don’t you chop the salad?» His response was: «What?» And when I repeated myself he followed with, «We don’t do chopped salads here.» I said, «But it’s on your menu.» He then shrugged his shoulders and stood there waiting for me to make the next move. In summary, if you’re looking to get in and get out for a quick lunch, don’t count on it. This guy moves at a glacial pace, and so did his coworker, Pat. I spent 30 mins at a Subway waiting for a salad I could have made at home, except I would have used fresh spinach instead of wilted old crap! Never again. Disgusting.

As long as I’ve been in this area, I’ve never visited this location, til the other day coming from the gym… exhausted. Service was SLOW, for no reason. The older guy making my sandwich was friendly and all but I wasn’t in the mood for all that talking, especially if you can’t talk and QUICKLY, make my sandwich so I can get outta there! I has to be in there 15 mins and only had 1 person in front of me! My lettuce didn’t look fresh either. Won’t be coming back to this location. I wish I would’ve read the reviews.

I love Subway just not this location. I agree with other reviewers; the service is horrible, the food looks and tastes old and there is no parking.

HORRIBLEHORRIBLE customer service. I’m a SERIOUS fan of Subway cookies. the HARDEST and MOSTDISGUSTING cookies ever. They taste like they have onion in them. Waste of MONEY and TIME. They’re fountain drinks tasted OLD and the lemonade tasted WATEREDDOWN. The coke and Sprite were FLAT. They didnt even accommodate me! Are you serious?!? NEVER go there! NEVER!!! This subway is located in the Abernathy Square shopping Plaza just an FYI.

I love subway enough to even have worked at one before. BUT, this one is gross. The guy that made my sandwich, his name was Alpha, and he seemed to be a pretty cool guy, but the other older guy there… Disgusting. No gloves to grab the bread, I asked him to put some on, he said«no, Its ok», Honestly, I’ve been to this location before and I knew what i was getting myself into. But this time it was just worse. Dirty, bad customer service and lettuce not fresh(brownish)… I love subway, but not this location. the overprices subs from starbucks next door with no flavor, are 10 times better.

If you live or work in this area I highly recommend this Subway. While the sandwiches are the same, the service is certainly not. The staff is always consistent, they get you through the lines quickly and the old man working the register is always very friendly. Seating is limited, so I wouldn’t plan for a group.

I went in this morning and so does alot of people in my office!!!(as well as lunch) Well i go in there to get the birthday special 5 dollar breakfast sandwich and the old guy first off was VERY rude and took about 15 minutes to make the sanewich i wanted the spinich and he got a attitude because he didnt have it out and ready plus he didnt even have the olives out. then at the end tried charging me close to seven dollars after i showed him where it was advertised in thier store the special he said no on the egg and veggie one! ANDTHENSTARTEDYELLINGATME! So i let him know i will be emailing subway corp, BBB, and letting everyone in my office know about that. Oh and there 80 health code that has some pretty bad details on it *****one being discharge from the eyes and mouth***** YUCK! I love subway but this was by far the worst expierance of my life :-(

I’m a fan of this particular subway location. My co-workers and I come here all the time to pick up a quick lunch on a busy day. There is always a bit of a line during the lunchtime rush, but the workers here get our orders going and get us on our way quickly every time. I’ve always been greeted with a smile, quick service, and usually a free cookie too at the check-out. The cashier is a little old man who is super nice and generous with the cookies. This location is on the abernathy side of the Publix shopping center. It has it’s own strip of parking(shared with the starbucks, chinese take-out place, and the hair salon) which is often very full with waiting cars during the lunch-hour rush. If you’re in a hurry and don’t feel like getting stuck in the small lot, just pull around into the publix shopping center for easy parking and walk. There are a few(very very few) outdoor tables for nice days, and some tiny seats indoors, but most people grab their sammies to go.

FIVEDOLLARFOOTLOOOOONG! Catchy tune, good food. Subways are probably the same throughout the country, quality and service wise. If you don’t know the procedure, you pick the kind of sub you want, bread, cheese and condiments. I usually sacrifice an extra George Washington and upgrade to the sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub. Like the reviewer before me mentioned; if the old man is at the register and its not a particularly busy day, he might slip in a cookie, free of charge. If you’re in a hurry and want to eat cheap, you can’t go wrong with Subway.

Subway is subway. Quick food that I keep going back to chasing Jared’s dream of just losing those few extra lbs. Never mind that I am a fan of their chocolate chip cookies!(Dangerous for a diet I’m sure! I follow the idea that ignorance is bliss and don’t look at the calorie counts for those!) I assume the owner is the one at the cashier. He’s also keeper of the cookies. I’ve been given quite a few freebies as have others. Definitely a perk to keep going back considering there is also a Publix deli and Quiznos in the same parking lot. This location doesn’t always have the daily specials posted, so it pays to do your homework! For those who have never been to subway, you pick your bread, meat, and then veggies to go on top. I consider subway to be simpler in flavor to quiznos. Great for no fuss sandwiches. Great if you want something quick, but definitely not the sandwich shop for you if you are looking for something gourmet!
