Strathmore Floors

We used Strathmore to remodel our kitchen.
The planning effort and the execution of the plan was very good.
I thought the sales person acted in a questionable manner with regard to asking for our old appliances.
Both the sales person and the remodel/​project planner left Strathmore.
We had three issues post completion of the project and it took constant follow-​up on my part for over 18 months to get resolution.
Two things which disturbed me:
1) the check they sent me to fix one of the issues was written on a closed account.
2) the president of the organization would not return phone calls over the 18 months that I attempted to get resolution.
I have documentation backing up all that is communicated within this review.
Fortunately, I found an individual within the organization who ultimately was responsive to fix my three issues.
In summary, I would use extreme caution using Strathmore for a major remodel.
No response from top management, employee turnover, writing checks on closed account, and non responsive customer service.
