Pretty fond of this Starbucks — you just start getting some of the intown attitude but not enough for it to be obnoxious. Parking can be a bear — there are several food restaurants nearby worth checking out so the parking lot gets filled up quickly. Also it can be difficult to get in and out of the parking — lot’s of restrictions for which way you can turn due to the medians, etc. Easier to head to the entries/exists that have traffic lights. The restaurant itself is clean and well stocked. You know the rest.

What is happening at this store. Service is so slow, pure chaos. It shouldn’t take 20 mins to make 1 drink. Someone needs to get it together.

Pretty nice for a Starbucks. Furniture is more modern than your average Starbucks, and the workers do a good job keeping the place clean. There’s a good amount of seating, but it’ll still be packed throughout most the day as any Starbucks would be. They also have a drive-thru, but it’s mega slow; you’d be better off just parking and ordering inside even during peak business hours. Overall, the pros outweigh the cons. 4 stars.

Poor service and so-so coffee and treats. I’m not sure what the good rating are about here. Service was poor and unfriendly.

Slowest Starbucks I’ve been to in years. Stopped by on a Saturday morning. Sat in the drive through line which extended around the corner of the parking lot only to move one car length in 5 minutes. Decided to park and go inside. Only about 7 people in line. Somehow still took almost 10 minutes to get my latte. There were at least 8 people behind the counter so no clue what the hold up was…

Went in on a road trip to visit their am staff. Super friendly staff made my favorite drink even though it’s not on the menu. Nice people in there. :)

I used to come here regularly for fast service and a relatively quiet work environment on weekday and weekend mornings. Recently, when I’ve gone, I’ve had to wait at least 10 minutes for a hot green tea. Yes, tea– which involves pouring hot water into a cup. Maybe they forgot the order, but they weren’t any busier than when I used to get fast service. Baristas in the back seemed confused/overwhelmed.

I drive through this location once or twice a week to grab coffee for myself and my co-workers. The staff is well-meaning and kind but very slow compared to other stores. Also, there seems to be errors in my order for every trip, but I usually let it slide. This AM I ordered three drinks and a pastry(which they were out of, but I subbed something else, no biggie). I drive off, go to sip my drink and the top wasn’t on… HOT coffee all the way down my stomach and leg… and all over my car. OUCH! OK, re-grouped, I go to sip my drink again to decrease the volume, and I immediately realize this isn’t what I ordered. I ordered a delicious and sickly sweet«holiday drink» for fun, I ended up with what definitely tastes like a grande Americano,(espresso and water), an EXTREMELYBITTER americano at that. I also notice that my cup is inside of another cup, and there is no drink label on the outside of the cup. I wonder if this caused the drink mix-up, so once at work, I try to pry the inner cup out to see if there is a drink label, so I can at least see what type of coffee I ended up with. Much to my dismay, when I finally was able to pull the inner cup out, I found a dark sludge of coffee in the outer cup that did not resemble my current drink at all, and it hadn’t gotten there from the spill. My theory is that the staff were mixing drinks and maybe mine got really hot, so they popped my mystery coffee in a cup into a USEDCOFFEECUP by accident… hopefully? I know it was probably never touched by another customer, and it was probably just used for mixing, but that was the final nail. I’m officially grossed out and over trying to tolerate the hassle that this store always is and continues to be. I will get coffee somewhere else from now on.

I have been to this Starbucks numerous times and have found several of the employees very unfriendly; no smile, no greeting. They are extremely slow when you go in the store since they have to service a very busy drive up window. And the worst is watching a barista talking to a customer(friend) who was telling her a very long story with the Barista stopping to talk and listen, and then being so distracted they made the wrong drink and had to do it over. It seems like very lax management and one of the weaker Starbucks that I now try to avoid.

Very friendly morning staff but not so pleasant afternoon staff. I normally grab my morning drink here and is always happy with the customer service. Ben is the best! The afternoon staff seems to not care. I always feel rushed when I come in the afternoon.

Nice location and great ppl working here. The best part is the drive through and the outside seating. The location is also great because it’s 10 min away from everything.

Pretty nice Starbucks, not my usual once but still nice. The inside is pretty much your standard Starbucks but the outside sitting area is pretty cool. The parking lot it’s located in is a little bit of a cluster sometimes. The servers here are always nice and the drive thru is fast.

Im not a big coffee drinker, but I do get the craving for a great speciality drink. This location is the closest to my house, so I can get my sip on early! The staff is always pleasant, and efficient in preparing my morning fix. Lol. My fix is always the same«Peppermint Mocha „w/whipped cream :), so there is little room for error. I guess that’s why Im hooked on this „product“, and the coffee dealers in green aprons. Yes… A „Starbucks“ junkie standing in line for my stuff, like pookie from „New Jack City“…“ the stuff be calling me maaan». #dontjudgeme

The best among the 3 Starbucks in the immediate(1 mi) area in terms of comfort, service, parking, access even with all of the recent road construction. Ian is great, and the team here is generally more efficient at rush hours than at other locations. They have never made an error on orders, and always have my «Traveler» orders ready when they say. One of my «satellite offices…»

It’s not my favorite place, I don’t like the taste of my caramel macchiato. And they are almost always put of honey for my tea :(

One of my favorite Starbucks locations. It’s one of the three closest Starbucks in my are and it is the best in that area. The baristas are always so friendly, personable, and helpful. I have studied and done school work here at this location since it is very convenient to the highway and it is attached to a Panera Bread restaurant. I usually go back and forth between the two to eat meals at Panera Bread and study at Starbucks! There are outside seating in comfy cushioned chairs and there is a drive through window for on-the-go orders. Make sure you bring a sweater/jacket because like all Starbucks locations, it can get chilly in there.

This is a very nice Starbucks — much of it due to its proximity to my home and the fact that it’s roomy inside and out(big patio) and located next to a Panera too. So, last weekend, my boyfriend and I stopped in there pretty early to get a coffee and entertain ourselves with his iPad for a bit. I agree with other Unilocalers that the baristas were very friendly, and accommodating(especially when he changed his order mid-stream), and our drinks and lemon iced pound cake were ready in no time. I will say that the Starbucks recently changed up its inside seating to these one piece wooden chairs that look hideously uncomfortable, but luckily, the weather was really nice, so we found an unoccupied table outside. There were already a couple of girls occupying a couch studying(during the summer? Heinous!), a man with a coffee and a newspaper methodically combing through it, and a couple of other stragglers, but we had no problems. And although it wasn’t that busy inside the Starbucks, you should have seen the line of cars snaking around to go through the drive thru — it was a mile long! It would have taken those people so much less time to park, walk in and order than it did to go through the drive thru, I guarantee it. Oh well, their laziness, their loss. Anyway, this is a nice Starbucks and I’ll give it a thumbs up.

Exceptional baristas. No complaints what-so-ever. Other Starbucks need to look up to this one. Hands down one of the best I’ve been to. This place is very clean inside and trash never gets overfilled and left there. The drinks are made correctly(from all the times I’ve been there). I remember once when I came with a friend and ordered drinks as well as pastries. The barista asked if it was for here, because if it was, he would put the pastries on a plate for us and heat it up if we wanted to. That’s just what he did and he brought it out to our table. He’s awesome. That mini story says it all. The End.

A Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks, right?! Yeah, pretty much. The main differences are how friendly the baristas are and how much seating is available. My friend and I met up here one chilly Monday afternoon, and all tables were occupied with people who were studying or working. There were a few open seats, as well as bar stools available, but we wanted to sit at our own table for a private conversation. I’m not a fan of bar stools, so we decided to sit outside instead. I got one of my Starbucks favorites — a tall, Iced Caramel Macchiato. As usual, it was delicious, but probably not the best choice since it was chilly enough outside. After about 15 minutes, a few people had left and we were able to get a table for two inside. Whew! Such a relief because we were starting to freeze. Overall, this Starbucks gets 4 stars — for their friendly baristas who make your drinks quickly, consistently good drinks, and of course — free Wi-Fi! Free Wi-Fi is ALWAYS a plus for me! I’ll be back if I’m in the area and craving a Caramel Frappuccino or Macchiato. =) [Review 046 of 366]
