It’s a small Starbucks with a small parking lot. Wait time can be a little longer than you’re probably used to but not bad. All in all it’s just OK.

Outside: This is the worst Starbuck’s I’ve ever visited. Let’s start with arrival. The parking lot is tiny, for a populous Brookhaven location, it accommodates around 10 vehicles unless you want park in a nearby shopping center. If you are coming for a business meeting, just avoid it for the sheer fact timeliness will be an issue at the expense of Starbucks. There have been accidents and near misses, if you are parked and the drive through is backed up, you’re stuck. The patrons trying to exit can’t get past the patrons in line for the drive through thereby blocking everyone. Speaking of the parking lot, let’s discuss drive through, the way the parking lot is set up, once you are in the drive through you are not only impeding traffic but you are stuck. With the wait time in the drive through exceeding 15 minutes, you cannot exit if the wait is too long. I would never exit after ordering but I would prior too if the wait was bad. Inside: There is never anywhere to sit. So after fighting for a parking spot in the 10 car lot, there’s no where to sit once you order so you’re forced to leave. The baristas are nice, which is by default the core. But atmosphere is everything, customers get pushed out of the restaurant as if it’s a Checker’s drive through. I want to like this location so badly, it has plenty of potential. Brookhaven is a hustling and bustling, up and coming, growing community. It’s the only Starbuck’s in the area, unless we’d like to get back in traffic and head to Lenox Mall. If changes were made, I’d gladly continue business here.

2 stars because it’s Starbucks, but the service is slow. Average wait time in the drive thru is 10 – 15 minutes

Nice employees in a terrible building. Don’t even try to park there. Other than that, it’s a Starbucks, so it’s pretty awesome. Seriously though, park in the Kroger lot. And watch out for cars in the drive through.

This is a rather small Starbucks so finding a seat is a NIGHTMARE. However I will rate them based on their drive-thru… I’m assuming that since they are small, that must be why their service is slow. In two instances, I’ve waited in line to order(in the drive thru) for more than 15 min. «Why didn’t you get out of line?» You may ask. If you’re familiar with this Starbucks, once you’re in, you’re in it for good ’till you order. Whoever designed this lane and parking lot, shame on you! So many accidents could happen at this place. Anyway, I feel like this is a training Starbucks or something? The baristas always seem to be confused about what your order could be.

Slowest drive through I have ever experienced. Staff is slow and the drive through is designed poorly. Not sure why the workers don’t work at a faster pace like most of the other Starbucks I’ve been to.

I avoid this Starbucks entirely. There never is a place to park, except in the shopping plaza next to it, and the drive-through is very tight. The people and product have always been fine but it simply takes too long to get in and out, if you can get in at all.

Service was great, but I was I was driving away one of the baristas on a bike leaving his shift pop the top and straw off his free drink and threw it on the sidewalk as he was riding away. Crazy thing is he been so nice to me just before we both left the store.

How busy can a coffee shop be on a sunday evening. Apparently too busy to give good customer service. Nor the cashier, nor the barista smiled at least once. They were throwing stuff around and just seemed like they were ready to get out of there. Took forever to get my drink and it was unpleasant.

Came here to relax, eat brunch, and drink mocha frappucino. Their frap comes close to drinking bubble tea, but not as good as bubble tea. Maybe, I’m biased because my Asian side kicked in. Here’s some good news: they always have free wifi. their drinks are under $ 6 per cup nice and clean sophisticated establishment outdoor seating drive through window Bad news: lack of seating cramped parking lot Conclusion: A coffee bum’s paradise

I’m not entirely surprised the overall rating of this Starbucks is low, but for me personally, this is my favorite Starbucks! If you come here as often as I do(of which I have frequented dozens of times before joining Unilocal), you’ll know what to expect and how to avoid the cons. If you’re not familiar with this location, please note that it: 1) is positioned along a major speeding trap(watch out for cops! I see them hiding along Peachtree NE or giving a ticket to someone ALL the time) 2) has bumper-to-bumper traffic both ways in the wide range of Atlanta’s rush hour(just be realistic: coming here in the afternoon on a weekday or during the mid-morning hours on the weekend is not going to guarantee you a spot in the lot OR café) 3) has great people watching(a lot of locals run in the area with their baby carriages and/or dogs). You’ll see a lot of pups stopping by :) Oh, and the occasional police nabbing a speeding car adds a little entertainment. The lot is small, yes, but you can park in the spots that surround the Starbucks, since it is adjacent to a plaza with a sizable lot. Even before approaching the Starbucks, you can usually tell how full it is. If you’re trying to avoid entering a full lot and making multiple loops through crazy traffic to grab a spot, your best bet is to just go straight for the private lot of the strip mall behind the Starbucks. Weaving through the drive-thru lane and other incoming cars is like getting passed Mordor’s army. You do NOT want to go through it twice. The BIGGEST plus for me concerning this location is the no-smoking policy in the outdoor patio seating. I absolutely hate the smell of smoke, and the Decatur, as well as the Buckhead Barnes & Noble Starbucks allow smoking… ugh. It’s literally a breath of fresh air here. The patio is pretty big considering the size of the interior and is seriously the best place to sit when the weather is nice. It’s an extremely popular Starbucks, so give the staff a break. I’ve seen them work the busy shifts, and it is not pretty. That coupled with customers’ experience with the parking mania will obviously taint the moods of everyone. Still, I have always received friendly service here, and if I did come across a rude barista, I would definitely be turned-off as a previous reviewer stated. And I would complain.

Got here at 4PM on a Friday afternoon. Drive-through line stretches around the building. Not a space to be had inside for love, or money. Not a single seat. Not even from the guy sleeping in the corner.

Came here for a pre-dinner latte. Parking here always leaves a bad taste in my mouth. There isn’t much available parking, so if you can’t find parking your first«loop around,» you’re forced to go through the drive thru lane or loop around the Starbucks and try parking again. I did the latter and parked at Kroger, although I was worried by a sign that said I would get towed if I «abandoned my vehicle.» I crossed my fingers that this did not apply to me. I walked in and was enveloped in a cozy warmth. To my left were the studious, with people sharing a large community table to study, read and browse on their computers. To my right were some plush leather couches surrounding a large table and a fireplace(pretty sure it was gas, but still warm). I settled in with my nonfat latte to do some browsing on my iPad. It was quiet but with a bit of twittering background noise. If it is always like this at this Starbucks, I must come back more often.

This sbux has a good feel. I love the open feel. I asked for a French press, which is not on the menu and they made one for us and he even pre-heated the cups for us… that’s what you call«done right».

This Starbucks is a PUBLICSAFTEYNIGHTMARE! The lot cant handle the traffic & the overflow is putting driver and pedestrians ant major risk. I have seen several accidents and near misses with both cars and pedestrians! WANT to help make a difference? Picket them or at least goto website and fill out a traffic complaint form!!! . STARBUCKS — on Peachtree & Colonial Rd MAJORHEALTHRISK! MAJOR traffic overflow from this Shop — overflows into Peachtree and jams the intersection! causing people on foot to be very fearful of being hit!!! Someone is going to get very hurt! Close the lot? Expand parking lot into rest of lot? Only one exit in and out from Peachtree rd!!! Close the drive-thru during peak hours? DOSOMETHING! SOMETHINMGMUSTBEDONE! CARS and PEOPLE are close to being seriously hurt! AT least CLOSE the drive thru!(peak driving hours)

I just had the worst customer experience at this Starbucks location, I ordered a «Undertow“and I was treated like a third class citizen and ruined the Barista’s day. He told me very curtly next time you re ordering a drink that’s not on the menu state all the ingredients and rolled his eyes and walked away. On top of that the drink was still wrong, I love Starbucks for the ease and customer service. This location #MISSED the mark. OAN: if your Barista’s don’t want to be at work please send them home, it leaves a bad impression on your customers.

This location is always crowded! It is in a prime location on Peachtree street near Brookhaven so it gets a lot of traffic. My only complaints are more logistical than with the restaurant and staff. The parking lot is TINY and difficult to maneuver. It is nearly impossible to make a left hand turn out of the parking lot.

The good: It’s close to where I’m living right now(like, walking distance close, and MARTA station close, yay). It’s also right next to several restaurants I like(such as this Chin Chin) and my main grocery store right now(Kroger). They have a section that’s set up kind of like a cool, yet cozy livingroom, complete with sofas, armchairs and a fireplace! And…they have free wi-fi — enough said. The bad: The parking lot is one of the worst ever. It is tiny, crowded and very poorly-angled for the drive-thru. Cops regularly hide right next to this one to catch speeders just crossing from Fulton into Dekalb. But, the really really good part, hence four stars: They happily welcome dogs onto the(little) patio, which has a bench and tables for both two and four. Score!
