SR Appliance Depot

When we were building our new home in Brookhaven, our contractor referred us to a «big box» distributor for our kitchen appliances. We tried this route only to feel like we were small fish in a very large ocean… not the way you want to feel when you’re spending $$$. Being small business owners ourselves, we prefer to seek out and support local businesses and were over joyed to find SR Appliance Depot. Every time we stepped in the door, not only were we greeted with eager-​to-​please staff, but Ryan, the owner was always present. The appliance selection was perfect – quality, price ranges and options. Installation went without a hitch and we were given all our product manuals in a nicely organized binder. But the icing on top of a super great experience came 2 days before Christmas when we were expecting over 20 people for dinner and our oven door cracked and rendered the oven unusable. It was a manufacturing defect (it happens), but the manufacturer couldn’t get to us until December 29^th! SR Appliance Depot, however, responded the very next morning with a temporary oven door to get us through the holidays. This probably would not have happened with a «big box» distributor… in fact I’m certain (shoot, we couldn’t even get a «hello» when we walked in the door!). We are now shopping at SR Appliance Depot for our outdoor grill station. These guys got our business the old fashion way… they earned it!
