This store is filled with people who dont know a thing about phones. I went in to get a warranty served on my iphone(it would not turn on). After about thirty minutes they came out(they dont know that i fixed phone for the past 5 years) and had an invalid excuse of water damage. Now i know for a fact that this phone is not water damaged. But here is the kicker, I asked them did they open the phone up and look at the two indicators that is in the inside of the phone that would prove if there was water damage in the phone. The guy tried to sit there and tell me he has been a tech and that their are no indicators. They said that they are not allowed to open the phone, THENHOWDOYOUKNOWIFTHEIRISWATERDAMAGE? this store totally sold their bullshit to a seasoned tech. If your asking why didnt I just fix the phone?(sometimes there are motherboard issues in which the phone will never come on again. These people sell bs stories to people. Im a business man myself and I know that you should not see a difference in customer service from the time you come in and buy your phone and when you come back with a problem. This is a store that runs away from problems but are all smiles when your buying 4 family phones and accessories. Im done with sprint. Fat dark skinned guy and light skinned guy with brown hair«the tech» who doesnt open phones.

One year ago, I purchased my Instinct phone from this kiosk. A week before the phone came out, the salesperson gave me all the information I needed, as far as plans that I’d have to switch to etc. I was well informed by the time my phone came out and was satisfied with my purchase. I was also happy with the fact that since I had to get another charger, he recommended one where I can change the end out for each new phone I might get in the future.
