Please do not use this fake ass company there big fucking liars. They do not complete work they do not do good job. They do not compensate their employees they use PayPal service which is a punch of red flags fake ass companies

They did a great job. I purchased on Angies list for a very good price. I received an email a few days before the appointment as a reminder. We also received a text as a reminder and the company called when they were on the way. They did a great job and also did a walk through at the end. I would definitely recommend them.

Very pleased. Had my windows and gutters cleaned and house pressure washed. Scheduling was easy, crew arrived promptly, gave me a quick written estimate and went to work. They did a great job. They were careful and conscientious in their work, taking care with my landscaping and with my pets. Afterwards they went through the house with me, window by window and did the minor touch ups I requested with no complaints. I highly recommend.

Andrew did an amazing jobs restoring life to the dingy Windows and screens on my recent condo purchase. I called on a Monday and they were there the next day. Good and reasonable pricing and some of the best customer service I have experienced. They did an awesome and thorough cleaning and I will be using them again!

The is the first time I have ever had my windows professionally cleaned and I couldn’t be happier with the job that Andrew did on my windows. He arrived on time and was very professional. My windows have never been so clean. it’s like looking through the air (they are THAT clean)!! I chose Splash from the other reviewers on Unilocal and I definitely recommend them. They are now my «go to» people for windows and I have been telling all my friends about them too. So happy.

The guys called in advance as they promised. Showed up on time. They were courteous and respectful to my tenants and did a great job. What more can you ask for! We have had the pleasure of using this company now several times and could not have been more pleased. After easily scheduling services on-​line, their tech showed up when promised; gave a fair cost estimate; and held true. Handled credit card on site with an immediate receipt. Very diligent in the work, being mindful of our shrubs, and no mess. Will use them again, and this time for pressure washing the house. Great company!

We had about 30 or so old and nasty wood windows on a recent home purchase that needed deep cleaning. Andrew and his partner worked for about 5 or 6 hours and the home looks so much better just from window cleaning! Great guys and very detail oriented. They did a second pass on the inside to make sure they didn’t drip or miss a spot. Highly recommend. Wish they also did tiling, flooring, cooking… everything =(

This is one of the best companies I’ve hired in a long time. In December, a few days before my holiday guests were to arrive, I realized with a panic that I would not be able to wash the floor-​to-​ceiling cathedral windows in my living room, and they looked pretty awful when the sun shone through. I had recently undergone shoulder surgery and I just wasn’t able to tackle the job. I called a few window cleaners and found Splash was the only company willing to add me to their already full schedule just three days before Christmas. They did a beautiful job, absolutely spotless, and kindly agreed to add a gigantic glass-​sided chandelier and an 8 foot mirror on a two story fireplace. The price was extremely reasonable, and on top of the great work, they were so friendly that it put me in a relaxed and pleasant mood for the holiday. Thanks so much!

Purchased a living social to get my gutters cleaned. Read through all the fine print to make sure they didn’t exclude gutter guards before purchasing. Technician just shows up to do the cleaning and says ‘oh, we don’t do those’. Hmm… why didn’t they ask this before scheduling the appointment? Why isn’t it in the fine print? Called their manager and she’s say ‘it’s in the voucher’. I said ‘no, it isn’t, and I’ll be happy to send you my voucher so that you can read it yourself’. Then she backtracks and says ‘well, the voucher is for cleaning. not for taking apart gutter guards’. Excuse me? What kind of company are you?
They are very clearly new to the business and not sure what they are doing. Be careful. Just fair warning… they will either trick you into buying vouchers that they can’t honor or try to overcharge you once you’ve taken the day off from work to be here for the service. I would like a refund and payment for the lost half day of work. Ugh.

I looked into several pressure washing/​window/​gutter cleaning searches in the area but decided on Splash due to the great reviews they get here and on other sites.
Those reviews were not wrong. Splash did a great job once they got here. They were having some extremely busy weeks during Fall 2015 so I had to wait a bit for my actual appointment but it was worth the wait.
Splash sends you helpful email reminders for the upcoming appointment. Then the technician will phone you before the appointment.
The Splash technician we had was Andrew. He was polite, efficient and hard-​working. After writing up an estimate for us, Andrew went right to work and didn’t waste any time. Our home is just one level and I have previously cleaned the windows myself but thats no longer easy for me after an accident last year and now that I used Splash, I wish I would have been using them before now (sans «accident» of course).
The windows and sliding doors are so clean now that I find myself thinking I left the window open, but no, its just t-​h-​a-​t clean.
Andrew did a great job pressure washing the concrete around our home and cleaning the gutters out as well.

I never dreamed that old chandelier could gleam and sparkle like it does now! It looks better than new, and I will not hesitate to call Splash again next time I need the windows cleaned.

I used Splash window cleaning for the first time last year, and as I plan for a deep cleaning of my home this month, I am definitely using Splash. They do a great job, are extremely professional, wear shoe covers so they don’t track anything in the home and clean what needs to be cleaned. I had asked for them to wash my screens, but they suggested what screens should get brushed, rather than washed, so I didn’t have to spend as much money. That let me know they value customers.

Great job. Showed up right on time, polite and professional. Cleaned all my windows inside and out, and also pressure washed driveway and patio. Cleaned an awning over a door, and a large two story high mirror. Everything looks flawless.
I used to try to do some of this myself. Turns out I was a fool. This was so much easier and faster, and for a reasonable cost, that I’m officially firing myself and I’ll call them again next time. I noticed special deals listed on their Facebook page too, so you may want to compare to the Unilocal offer.

These guys do a great job — if you can get them to show up. I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment for them to clean the windows at one of my properties, but when the worker showed up, he did a fantastic job — he really went the extra mile and the house has never looked better. He was friendly and courteous to boot. But when I tried calling a couple weeks late rto make an appointment for another rental property, I could not get a human on the phone and my voicemail messages were never returned. What’s up with that? So I hired Sunshine instead (who weren’t nearly as good, but did answer the phone and show up). I like Splash but don’t use them if you’re in a hurry.
