The doctor had been recommended by others and I knew past patients who were happy. I had a hip replacement and all went well. No complaints about the doctor. I would go back should another joint ever fail!!! The billing department leaves much to be desired. They had an overpayment there that the women refused to refund as long as I had ANY future appointments ANYTIME. After my last appt it still took a few more calls to finally get her to give up the money and we were only talking a small amount, like $ 40. She also keeps telling you she hasnt got payment yet so bills you even though your insurance has paid, or obviously will pay. I got a bill today, Dec 3, for a check SHECASHED Nov 26. I have never had her answer the phone direct either, always voice mail. You have a first rate doctor here with an inefficient, disfunctional, archaic, consumer UNFRIENDLY accounting system.
