Smalls Bail Bonding

I got bonded out by this company which was the only good thing that they provided for me. Basically I had to pay a deposit in order to be released considering my charge but to get my money back was hell!!! First they lied and said they only provided refunds on Wednesday’s and said I signed a consent form approving it. Once I asked to see the form to verify they sent it and it stated they do refunds Wednesday and Saturdays which made me furious because I was already set for Wednesday. So I call the owner Matthew to try and resolve this issue and he was very rude in finding out that I wanted my refund on Saturday which I don’t understand considering I explained to this man that I lost my job and kids to take care of. He basically threatened that if I called back I would have to wait longer to get my money back. This company wants to hold your money as long as they can so I warn you if you need your funds back in a timely matter this is not the place to go! If you just want to get out then I guess it’s ok

Mr. Smalls is a class act! Peace of mind is the service he provided. I had to help someone close to me get out of a sticky situation and being from out of state and never gone through this before, I couldn t have been more lucky than when I called Smalls. He had this person out and on their way in no time and all I had to do was call. He handled everything to the smallest detail and even made sure I got what I paid for. Others in his line of work were either too bothered to deal with me or never called me back! I m telling you folks, call him first and he ll take care of everything.
