Dr. Kenya Walker has worked in the field of education since 1998 as a teacher, assistant principal, and assistant vice president. Through these roles, she learned how beneficial it is for students to learn lifelong skills and to have opportunities for creative expression. Dr. Walker wanted to be affiliated with a franchise that recognized this need and had an innovative curriculum. Sew Fun Studios is a franchise that embraces innovation and recognizes how important it is to engage students through interactive, hands-​on lessons.
