Nice courts, fees are reasonable. One of my favorite spots in the Atlanta area to play. Well maintained area and great location.

The courts are very good and well maintained and there are plenty of them. However, since Groslimond Tennis Services, Inc took over management as of Jan 1, 2013, the prices have become absolutely outrageous. SSTC were already by far the most expensive public courts in the area previously($ 3.50/hr/per person… compare to Blackburn at $ 2.50-$ 3.00/hr). However the new rates have jumped to: 1 hour $ 4.50 per person 1 ½ hour $ 6.50 per person 2 hours $ 8.00 per person So if you want to play in any sort of league match, which typically requires a 2 hour booking(minimum), you will pay $ 32 for a doubles match, which used to cost $ 28(already high). Other than online booking being available, the only other change I’ve seen is that Friday nights they now close at 6pm instead of 7pm so I don’t know what you get for the extra money. This is a sad change as I really really liked SSTC but those fees are a no-go for me since I play so many flex-league matches every year. Maybe if they would offer a frequent-player discount they could regain my business The facilities are a 4-star but the prices are a 2-star(so gave it a 3 overall).

There’s about six clay courts in addition the the 15 or so hard courts. All seem to be in very good condition. Fees are a reasonable $ 3 per court time, for during the weekday; otherwise it goes up a little.

This is my favorite place to play tennis. I may be a little bit bias because I used to play City Finals here when I was younger and it brings good memories, but it really is a great center. It used to be called North Fulton Tennis Center, but Sandy Springs purchased it and changed the name(if you care to see a couple other reviews, search«North Fulton Tennis Center». Here’s the deal: they have 24 courts… Both clay and hard. I have never had an issue getting a court here, and the staff is generally pretty friendly. You have to call two days or less to reserve one. They also have showers, lockers, and a store, which are the norm for most tennis facilities. Lastly, the center is off Abernathy Rd., which leads right to Roswell Rd. which is of course full of goodies. You can drop by Trader’s Joe’s which is a mile away, Whole Foods, or, if you just finished a 3-setter and feel it is well worth a celebration(which, it is;), there are tons of Mexican restaurants to get a cerveza… Tijuana Joe’s to the right, and El Azteca is to the South(left). So, good luck and have fun!!!
