S & W Towing Service

Love these guys. My car was stolen and taken here. They we so nice and helpful. Called this morning went there this afternoon and they had my car towed home and put it exactly where I wanted it within 30 minutes of our arrival back home. I highly recommend them. Sorry wrong location. I am talking about the one in Tucker.

My husband was in a wreck today and the police called S & W Towing on Jonesboro Road in Atlanta to come and pick up the car. Upon arriving to the scene my husbands car was already on the wrecker. The driver asked if I would like to get anything out the vehicle. At first i told him just give me a few things to which he replied «trust me you better get it all now!» He handed me as much as he could get to and then helped me carry the heavy things to my car. Welll now I see why he responded the way he did! When we left my husbands vehicle it was running, once we got to the tow yard we discovered they stole his NFL decal magnets off the sides of the vehicle, stole his car battery and Lord knows what else they could get their sticky fingers on. Really? Our insurance called to inform us that they charged us $ 150 to get the car in the wrecker and then another $ 150 to tow it! Then to top it off the woman at the window acted like we were bothering her while she was laughing and engaging in a personal conversation with some co-​workers as we stood waiting to be assisted. She had a very dismissive attitude! I would never use them for anything and neither recommend them to anyone EVER!

Worse towing company ever!!!
Have very rude staff. One day they came to my apartment complex to tow cars that were in the way of a new construction site. I caught them towing my roommate and my car but was able to save my roommates car. However, we have the same damages to our vehicles even though her car was not towed away. The tow driver basically dropped her car when we caught him trying to tow it. After i picked up my car from the impound it had a banging rattling sound! I have to now involve my insurance company to file a claim.

Didn’t provide the best customer service! Called to ask where my car was; I was given the wrong info! And that’s after I drove out of my way for 45 min!

Scum of the earth. My car was towed here after being stolen and the idiot, uneducated driver broke the break line on my jeep. I am taking them to small claims court and I hope other people speak up as I have already contacted Mayor Reed’s office and the Chief of Police for the city of Atlanta.
