The Remedy Story & Our Founder

In 2010, our founder, Jinean Robinson was asked to speak to a group of young sex trafficking survivors that left her with a lasting impression. Upon sitting down she was dumfounded to see coy young ladies that looked and acted like her beloved nieces, Taylor, Sekai & Cydney. On the ride home she reflected on how they chatted about dreams and aspirations and how those innocent girls were no different than her nieces or her at that age.

Learning Atlanta ranks between #1-#3 of cities exploiting girls under 18, she vowed to make an impact. Limited resources cause a narrow focus on intervention and rehabilitation with little attention to prevention and reintegration of survivors, so she decided to fill that gap with business.

Working with a pilot group of founding member survivors, Remedy was born. Our team has grown into a family of community & survivor leaders dedicated to supporting at-risk girls and survivors build a better life. Hire us to cater TODAY!
