Very great people. I took my little maltese shih Tzu mix in to get a hair cut and they are great. About the same price as the others around the area and they do a fantastic job. I always get the puppy cut and they put a little bow in her hair as well.
only con is their parking is not so great, especially if its raining. but that wont drop a star down in my books.

Just picked up my dog from Pup-​n-​cuts today and I had to write a review. This was our second visit, and they did a fantastic job! I really do think they know how to give the perfect cut for perfect pet! Staff was friendly and professional. We’ll definitely be back!

Love these people, great personalities! really seemed like they cared about my dog as much as me. I have a long hair Chihuahua. and I am the absolute worst at cutting her hair! they brought her hair to the exact length i asked in abut 15 minutes i believe. Will use regularly!

love these peeps– the people who work there are really nice and very caring. I have taken my sweet puppy to them twice now to get her nails trimmed — she has black paws and nails so it is difficult to trim them without hurting her — but I have never heard a peep from her — she comes out happy and with trimmed and sanded little paws

My dog has been groomed here many times. One time was really good but all the others were not. No matter how many times I explain the cut I want, I get something else. There have been two times that there were razor burns and lots of uneven cuts especially the ears. Most times I have to redo the trim when we get home. What is the point of spending so much to have to even things up at home? I feel I have given them more than a reasonable chance to do the right job but this my last disappointment. We will not go back.

I really like this place. I typically go to PetSmart for my dogs grooming however I wanted to try something local and more personable. They did a quick consult with me and knew exactly what I wanted for my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. She was so happy and clean when I picked her up, and I was very satisfied with the overall cut. The only thing that could’ve been improved was her nail trimming, they missed a nail and the others were still quite long. Great experience, clean, and I will definitely be going back.

Amazing folks who really care for their animals. I used their express service which takes a pet through grooming in an hour with no cage time, and it was exceptional service.

Our bichon was 13 years old and had never been groomed, excluding one time where she got completely shaved at the vet and was traumatized by it. We were nervous about having her groomed since we didn’t want to traumatize her. When we tried to cut her matts in the past she would snap and try and bite us. We called to ask if they would take snappy dogs and they said sure. We opted for the express grooming and it was totally worth it! She looked pretty rough when we brought her in, but the team did a wonderful job on her and when we saw her it was a total transformation! She looked so cute and was so spunky and energetic! She used to have a lot of painful matts but afterwards she didn’t have any matts and could finally walk comfortably! We were so happy and amazed with her transformation! They did an incredible job that I didn’t know was possible. We were worried that they would have to shave her down to the skin but they didn’t. They were able to keep a perfect little later of fur that looked like a puppy cut. Since her groom she has been a lot happier and more energetic. Taking her to pup n cuts was one of the best decisions we ever made for her! It was really fantastic and from now on we will be bringing our dog back here for maintenance grooming. I highly recommend them!

I had heard so many people recommending this place so I finally decided to try for a full grooming for our dog.
My husband who usually doesn’t care about our dog’s haircut even said he looked great. He even said it was the best haircut he had ever gotten!

Great neighborhood groomer in Brookhaven. Clean and nice staff as well as very accommodating to get an appointment. We have been here a handful of times and will continue coming back.

I really wanted to love this place, but after picking up my dog, I questioned what I paid $ 60 for. I could still see the where the harness rubbed off on his fur and I wondered if he was even given a haircut at all. His fur was still the same length even though I specifically asked for a shorter groom. I just feel like if he was groomed, those marks would’ve disappeared. Disappointing all in all, as they did an awesome job with his head.

So happy I found a place right in my backyard that does such a good job. They are excellent groomers and they really love on your pet. Given that I own a high maintenanced metrosexual canine it’s important that he’s with people who know how to handle him. Pup n Cuts does just that.
They are efficient, professional and very accommodating. Often I call last minute on a busy day and they still fit me in. What’s even better is they are timely and respectful of your schedule. What an awesome place! I highly recommended them for your grooming needs. My baby always comes out looking sharp and happy.

Loved the location and loved this place. Everyone was really nice and were careful with my poor Maddox since his paw pad was injured. He smells so great and seemed happy himself. Price was great too. Dental cleaning was awesome. Thank you Pup-​N-​Cuts!

I really wanted to love this place. Anita was so nice and sweet to my dogs, but the grooming just wasn’t what I imagined. One dog has a very uneven face and the other has I’ll cut ears and has had to go to the vet for clipper burn. Not to mention that I had to stay and extra 40 minutes so she could clean up their coats. I spent 10 minutes describing what I wanted when I dropped them off and even left a sheet with guidelines for each dog. I don’t understand how things turned out as they did.
When I called the next day to tell her that I had to go to the vet, she was not very understanding, made excuses, and didn’t offer a partial refund or an apology. Needless to say, I am very disappointed. I really wanted to support a small female business owner.

I had a great experience! Chris was an awesome groomer and everyone that I spoke with was polite. Yoshi looks great after her haircut and she was done quickly. I’ll definitely go back!

I had a bad experience at another groomer in Buckhead. I recently moved 20 miles out of the city and still drive in to take my dog. The quality of work and care for my dog is worth it!

My 4-​year old Yorkie and her 3-​year old sister had been groomed by Michelle Steely at Doguroo all their life. Even though I moved to California for a year and am now in Michigan, I still wait until I fly my dogs down to Atlanta to schedule their bi-​annual grooming (usually Christmas time and summer time) with Michelle. That’s how good she is, especially at handling all my strange haircut requests and treating my babies nicely (my dogs have no problem jumping into her arms when I drop them off). When Michelle left Doguroo to start her own in-​home grooming business in Douglasville, about 50 miles from my brother’s house (where I stay when I visit Atlanta), I immediately reached out to her to see if she can still groom my dogs if I don’t mind driving an hour and a half each way to see her. Unfortunately, due to the in-​home nature of her business and the fact that she would need someone to help watch one of my dogs while the other is getting groomed, the logistics just didn’t work. Disappointed, I ended up scheduling an appointment with the new groomer at Doguroo, Ashley. While Ashley certainly didn’t do a bad job, it wasn’t good either — she left stray hairs everywhere, their head (which was supposed to be shaved short) had a short mullet/​mohawk-​y thing going on, their Clydesdale-​style legs looked more like bowlegged cowboy chaps, and my clothes were covered in hair after picking them up. Because she had already left by the time I picked them up (20 mins after they called me), she couldn’t fix the haircuts for me. At $ 50/​dog, I would have preferred not having to attempt a grooming fix myself at home… What’s worse, my dogs were shaking and anxious. It’s clear they were not happy with their experience with the new groomer.
That was in January and I’ve been keeping an eye out for a new grooming place to take them. When I saw Pup-​n-​Cuts on LivingSocial, I figured why not. I scheduled a month out because they were so busy! On the day of their appointment, I completely forgot until my phone gave me the 10-​min reminder. Because I was out and needed to go home to pick up the dogs and then drive to Pup-​n-​Cuts, I called to ask if I needed to reschedule or if there’s some way they would be able to squeeze my kids in throughout the day if I dropped them off by 11:15 (for a 10am appointment). The owner, Anita, was super nice on the phone and said I should go ahead and come by even though they are booked for the day. They’re located in a little house that’s easy to miss but the setup is nice and you can see the grooming area, rather than other places that take them «to the back». Around 3:30, I received the call that my dogs were ready to go and, when I picked them up, they looked almost as good as when Michelle used to groom them. No major fixes + no shedding hair + no traumatized dogs = I’ll be back!
