History
Established in 1998.
Profiling Solutions was founded in 1998 by Ron Fisher. At the time, Ron was working for a local software company, Ross Systems, managing their customer database and inside sales team and was the liaison between them and the industry analyst groups. He was tasked with finding a CRM solution that could manage marketing campaigns, create a sales pipeline and provide customer support with visibility into the pre-sales process.
Former colleagues and customers approached Ron about creating Reporting systems and performing analysis on their data. At the same time, Ron was approached by a Sage SalesLogix Business Partner to author a Campaign Management tool for Sage SalesLogix.
Profiling Solutions did not become a Business Partner of Sage SalesLogix until 2000. By that time, Profiling Solutions had gained a reputation for expertise in developing and supporting Sage SalesLogix. Sage SalesLogix and other Business Partners referred us clients for assistance with their existing deployments.
