The owner, Keith, quoted my windshield replacement quickly, had high attention to detail with the install, and offers a lifetime workmanship warranty. You don’t need to search any further, this is the place to get your auto glass replaced.

I wish I could give a 6 star review. Keith was professional and the quality of his work was outstanding. We called this morning for a quote and Keith came by this evening and installed our glass. A+++++ service!

Outstanding service and price!

Keith was very personable, professional and prompt. I selected him based on the Unilocal reviews and he is everything I expected and more. He replaced the front passenger window in my Camry after a break in. His price was very reasonable ($ 135) and he came to my office within a couple of hours of my call. He was able to order and pick up the glass, drive through Atlanta traffic and get the job done quickly. This is compared to the auto and glass shop I stopped into earlier in the day who told me to make arrangements for a rental.
Keith even brought a portable vacuum and cleaned out all the remaining broken glass. I was back on the road in no time!

Seriously the best at costumer service and quickest work around. This guy is the best. This is my guy anytime I need windshield replacement.

Don’t want to read the whole review? In short, Keith (the owner) gave me a three week run around regarding windshield replacement and stood me up on the appointment date. He didn’t do the work and I never heard from him again. I ultimately went with Safelite. For more details, continue reading.
Only giving one star so that I can leave this review! I started a glass claim with Travelers Insurance and Premier Auto Glass on February 1, 2016. I had spoken with Keith and Travelers reps before this date, but this was the official date that the claim was started. Keith let me know that it would take some time to get the OEM windshield for a 2007 BMW 328i, which was fine by me! The communication after this point was pretty bad! I had to call him for everything.
1. He didn’t let me know when the glass was in, I had to call him to get that info.
2. He went out of town for personal/​family reasons, which I found out after I hadn’t heard from him and decided to give him a call.
Eventually he called me back, saying he had returned… I gave him the days I was off work for the next two weeks and he was supposed to tell me when he could do the work. Yet again, I didn’t hear from him. I called him at 6:30 AM otw to work one morning and left him a message, because at this point I was tired of the run around! Later that day, we set up an appointment for February 24 at 11AM. Mind you, this is three weeks after the claim actually started!
On the day of the 11AM appointment, Keith called me at 10:50ish asking if «we’re still on for today.» Ugh YEAAAAAAAHHHH! I’ve been waiting three weeks to get my windshield replaced! He lets me know that he’s in Monroe, Ga, finishing a job that’ll take 45 more minutes and then it will take him an additional hour to get to my house. So now, an 11AM appointment has turned into 12:45.
After this I never heard from him again! I honestly hope he’s OK! I called after 3pm and left a message… no answer, no response! I called Travelers after 5pm and they called and left Keith a message… no answer, no response! Mind you, I was at home all day waiting for him!
I called Travelers the next day on February 25 and they connected me with Safelite! I got an appointment for March 3, only a week out! My windshield was replaced in my garage with BMW OEM glass, as I requested! I couldn’t be happier with the service from Safelite and will be leaving a review for them as well!

My car widow was smashed out by thugs near FULTON County Courthouse. I called Keith and he was nothing short of fabulous. He obtained the glass and came to my house just as he promised. The windshield of my SUV got cracked by a rock while on a red light. After shopping around for a replacement i decided to give Keith a call. It was the right choice. Keith’s price was great. Performed the swap on site. Made it look
leaks whatsoever. Multiple payment options, knowledgeable, and guarantees his labor. I could not have had a better experience. If you need a replacement this is the guy to call.

I can’t thank Keith enough! My car rear window was shot out from a stray bullet on NYE. Called Keith after so many people on reddit and nextdoor sweared by him. I called him the day after NYE and he said that he gave me an option to either get a used glass or new and would call me back with a quote. He had an emergency come up and did not call till Monday but quoted me both new and used glass for way cheaper than what the competition was quoting! I opted for new glass and he was at my house with in an hour. He was professional knowledgeable, and incredibly grateful for the praise online about his services. Can’t recommend enough! Keith is a good guy and he does good work. He replaced a broken window in our Honda Accord within 24 hours of our call. He had to track down the glass at multiple providers but persisted and made sure the job was done. Much less than major chains.

Keith arrived well-​prepared, explained the process to me, and completed the replacement quickly. As he was removing bolts/​connectors under the hood that hold the windshield in place, Keith informed me that the windshield had apparently been replaced at some point previously and showed me that one of the connectors was missing. Great customer service! Nice FAST and friendly. I called and immediately got a quote. I’ve called about ten different places that gave me faulty quotes because I have a foreign car. Needless to say he didn’t try to get over on me because I’m a woman either. BEST PRICE EVER!!!

Long time reader, first time Unilocal-​er. My car was broken into last night. Insurance told me that Safelite had availability on Monday with the cost of 300+ dollars. I googled local businesses and this company was the first I read. I called and he came within hours, fixed my car in minutes, and saved me over 100 dollars. I want to say thanks to all the previous Unilocal-​ers for highlighting this business. He does great work!

Keith was fantastic! He was up front, affordable, and got the job done in the parking deck of my office while I was on the clock. The windshield replacement took all of an hour and I’m quite pleased with how it looks.
