If I could give no stars, i would. They screwed up a catering order to the point that they didn’t even do it! Words can’t express how I felt when I went to pick it up and no food and no interest in even trying to fix it!!! Won’t be going back there ever again.

Why do they NEVER ask whether you are done ordering??! Every time I say something she spats out the total when I’m not done. Proceeds to hand me my drink with it dripping down her arm and all over the cup and thinks that I really want it in my car dripping everywhere. I held it outside of my window and proceeded to wipe the cup myself while they all basically watched me.

Every time I come something is wrong with my order. Once they forgot the mashed potatoes and gave me fries, and once they forgot my drink. This last time was actually the worst. I ordered tea and it was so rotten it made my stomach so queasy I couldn’t eat the food I just ordered

3 stars for the service I get during lunch time but at night service is horrible. Went about two weeks ago around 9 pm. Went inside to order and stood there forever before I was even addressed. Several items were left out of the bag that I paid for. Food was not fresh. If you want to enjoy this Popeyes go during lunch time. Service is much better and food is great

Air conditioning been broken for 4 days — 7⁄12 — 7⁄15. Can’t eat in a place where there’s no A/C !! Called corporate and they said they’d look into the matter.

Oh Popeyes… I hate how you are so conveniently located on the way to my apartment. So when I’m in hurry to get home after work and need to grab something *fairly* quickly, you are there for me. You are so good yet SO bad for me… I generally like Popeyes Chicken, but as much as I love chicken, I don’t LOVE theirs. I can’t quite explain why. Maybe it’s because I grew up eating KFC? Anyway, I’ve never dined in here, but I’m ashamed to admit it but I’ve been through their drive-thru twice in the past two weeks. I’ve ordered the 3-piece Bonafide Spicy Wings Combo with Cajun fries, which also comes with a biscuit and a medium drink. Another time, I got the 8-piece Bonafide Meal to share with two of my siblings. * Bonafide Spicy Wings Combo($ 5.99) — The wings are not very big, but they are«whole» wings — with the drumette and wingette. So the 3-piece wings is almost like getting six tiny wings at a chicken wings place. The batter is crispy and good, but it can hardly be called spicy. I would say they taste more like«mild» wings. The Cajun fries are decent but far from being the best fast food fries, and the biscuit is good but not great. * 8-piece Bonafide Meal($ 15.99) — You can mix and match any combination of spicy and/or mild Bonafide Chicken pieces to total eight. The meal comes with one large Signature Side and four biscuits. My older sister doesn’t like spicy food, so we got four spicy and four mild. However, considering how mild their«spicy» chicken is, we totally could have ordered all eight to be spicy. It was my brother’s first time EVER having Popeyes chicken, and he enjoyed it. Again, the batter is crispy, and the chicken is, indeed, juicy. My main gripe about this Popeyes in particular is the service. It isn’t the quickest drive-thru, and both times, there were no cars in front of me. I always ask for sauce at fast food restaurants(I know, it’s so bad). The first time, I asked for BBQ and Ranch, and the employee had no problem giving me the sauces. The second time around, I asked if they charged for sauces because I was going to ask for several different kinds. Sounding irritated, the employee told me «Yes, but what sauces do you want?» My brother wanted Ranch and Bayou Buffalo, and I wanted Sweet Heat. The employee then proceeded to give me a ton of different sauces. So if he was going to give us so many sauces(including other sauces, like Mardi Gras Mustard), why did he feel the need to tell me that they usually DO charge for sauces? =P Note: The Sweet Heat sauce is DELICIOUS. It tastes like a ever-so-slightly spicy honey sauce. I thought it was better than my favorite Sweet Chili sauce at Mickey D’s. Yum. Overall, this Popeyes gets 3 stars for their good, fast food fried chicken. If you don’t get Popeyes coupons in the mail, check their website for coupons to save a couple bucks. If I could provide two suggestions(aside from working on customer service and efficiency), they would be: 1) Please make an EXTRASPICY version of your chicken 2) Start serving Coke Zero! I’m sure I’ll be back, mainly due to the aforementioned convenience of this location. [Review 304 of 366]

This review is based entirely on the service at this location. More than once, I’ve surprised them when I’ve showed up wanting chicken. One night I ordered spicy chicken fingers, was told to get nuggets as they were out of fingers, then I was told they were out of nuggets, but was told I could have the plain fingers. Then I sat at the drive-thru for close to 10 minutes waiting for the food to come up. The last time I was here, the staff was cussing, openly horsing around with each other and – in the case of the cashier – loudly talking trash with another employee about a customer who just left. Seeing as this location is so close to their corporate office, I can’t believe the service is as poor as it is. At least they’re consistent in that, I guess.

F’reelz, Popeyes? You’re out of chicken strips? And what’s with keeping me from my fried chicken for several moments longer than the need be? We went to this particular Popeyes just before 10pm tonight, drive through, because we had some ALF on the DVR that we needed to watch… and what better way to enjoy some 80’s TV than with some bad for you chow? So we ordered some chicken strips… and then one of those nifty chicken and red beans and rice in a wrap… and we were told they were out of chicken strips. So we changed the order… god forbid they cook some chicken strips? For sides… Mashed potatoes for me, and Red Beans & Rice for Shawn R. Of course you know we ended up with a whole bunch of… nothing but spuds. *sigh* If we weren’t in a gas crisis here, I’d have been all for going back out to appease the other Shawn. I do love me some fried chicken… but the service was seriously lack.

I LOVEFRIEDCHICKEN! Especially Spicy Fried Chicken. I used to frequent popeyes a lot, but you know all that fatty food is not that good for your health(so the doctors say)…so I decided that I would reward myself with Popeyes. So far I have only gone once a month. I love the people at Popeyes… they give awesome service. My usual: a breast and a wing, spicy with a side of mashed potatoes(which I douse with hot sauce), three jalapenos, and a sweet tea.(What’s so unhealthy about that?) Their chicken is the only chicken I prefer. I have been to some other chain restaurants and even some upscale southern restaurants, and I must say… Popeyes beats them all! Try it y’all…it’s delicious!
