We provide oral surgical services, including extraction of all teeth (primarily third molars), dental implants, bone grafting, harvesting of adult stem cells from teeth, oral biopsies, apicoectomies, pre-​prosthetic surgery, oral sedation/​nitrous oxide sedation/​IV sedation, and TMJ disorders.

History

Established in 2012.

Dr. Benoit is originally from Boston, Massachusetts, where he received his dental degree from Tufts University. He completed residency training as an Oral Pathologist before entering the doctorate program at Tufts University, where he earned a Ph.D. in anatomy. For many years as an associate professor at Emory University School of Dentistry, he taught extensively in the anatomic sciences, pain control, and oral medicine. He was also active in research and published on the effects of drugs on the muscle. At the University of Florida, Dr. Benoit completed a fellowship in the non-​surgical treatment of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders and orofacial pain. He now limits his practice to this field.
