I have never had such poor customer service in any store in Atlanta. I NEVER write comments, reviews, or take surveys however my experience at Pace Paper has spurred me to advise those who need any kind of specialty order to avoid this business. My order was a simple one, (stationary with my name and return address on the envelope) which i finally cancelled after FIVE AND A HALF weeks. If you need any kind of timely invitation, card, announcement of any kind, please DO NOT use this business. They don’t return phone calls or tell you «i didn’t get that message». I even stopped by the store after three weeks of placing my order and was told «i’ll call you Monday. Never heard back from them.

We have had the absolute best experience at Paces Papers by Jackie! Lauren helped us with our daughter’s wedding, Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding Brunch, Napkins, stationary and programs. Lauren was beyond helpful and so much fun to deal with over several months. We really appreciated her opinions on our choices. We received many compliments on their work. I highly recommend them and look forward to ordering items in the future.

I decided that it was time to be a proper lady and get some stationery for myself. Since they had a Scoutmob out, I made the drive out and ended up with some really cute stuff.
The sheer amount of STUFF in here is mind-​blowing. I don’t know how they fit it all in here. While it seems a little unorganized, you also feel like a champion when you dig around for a bit, looking underneath and behind other boxes, and find something really fab. That’s how I found my ahhhhdorable Kate Spade «snail mail» stationery! If you get a note from me in the future in an impeccable gold-​lined envelope and pull out a card with a snail at the top of it, I got it here, and you should too. I also came home with some lovely lavender scalloped Vera Wang stationery, too.
To be honest, the people here weren’t super friendly. I get the feeling that the focus here is on larger-​scale stuff, like wedding invitations and baby announcements and the like… since I was just looking for some basic thank-​you cards and everyday stationery, I wasn’t paid much attention. It ended up being fine, since I really just needed to dig around for what I wanted and didn’t end up needing help.
I am officially addicted to nice stationery. I swear I’m about to start hoarding it, and it is the fault of this darling little store off E. Andrews. Packed to the brim with hard-​to-​find designers and the most glamorous gift-​wrap you’ll ever see, it’s the perfect place for all of your society-​lady needs.

Paces Papers is a lovely shop located off of E. Andrews.
They have a very wide range of papers, invitations, embossers, stamps and special needs ranging from classic to eclectic.
The customer service is as sharp as a tack, and they are able to work with your needs very efficiently. Though I haven’t had Paces Papers work on a huge project for me, I did have special thank-​you cards and invitations made as a part of the «Deb routine».
They were precious, although it’s hard to write a legible note on a card that looks like a paper-​doll shoe, but needless to say, it was my mother’s idea. Still lots of fun to write and receive, I’m sure.
Paces Papers is a perfect place to stop & shop, and I typically go here for note-​card needs, or gifts for those who like simple, elegant, and useful gifts. We’re not talking about a Variety Shop, folks.
I had a very great experience with Paces Papers a WEEK before Christmas, trying to get a personalized stamper for my mother. It arrived two days before Christmas like Santa brought it himself. Perfect timing, PP had NO doubt in their mind that it would be there on time.

We used Paces Papers for our invitations, programs, and [new] stationary for our wedding. Jackie was a dream to work with, providing my mom and me her professional opinions. In the end, everything turned out so lovely. My invitations were just to die for! The programs were incredibly elegant yet simple. And, my stationary is so pretty I hesitate to even write on any of it!
Paces was also super accommodating when I couldn’t find the stamps that I wanted to use with the invitations — Jackie switched the plain ones I bought and ordered holiday stamps to coordinate with our winter wedding. Also, Jackie didn’t hesitate to rush an order so we could keep our deadlines.
I will definitely return the next time I need any services they provide and I would recommend them to anyone planning an event (especially a wedding)!
