First time using this place. Won’t go back. Nothing good to say.
I dropped off 12 shirts to be dry-cleaned. I asked for light starch. Each shirt feels like cardboard. Not a good start.
I don’t question the earth-friendly nature of their process. What I do question is that the amount of plastic that accompanied my shirts upon their return. Literally, every single shirt came back with a plastic collar support and a plastic clip holding the cuffs together. I have to assume they do this for every garment they return. That is a laughable amount of plastic to be throwing around for a company that claims to be eco-friendly. Not to mention, my shirts came back in 4 plastic coverings, one for every 3 shirts. I have never, from any dry cleaning experience, had to dispose of that much plastic.
And to top it all off, $ 3.25/shirt? That is just usury, plain and simple.
Do yourself a favor, and go to any other place in the area.

Cons: pricey and unfriendly service
So, I dig the after hours automated machine. And I love the fact that I am not wearing clothing that is infused with highly toxic dry-cleaning fluid. But… the short long-haired brunette that owns (I think) the place is NOT friendly. She’s not actively mean but geez, she needs to stay away from customers. The one time I went there and dealt with the black lady was so nice as I had braced myself for being addressed with attitude and resentment. (why? I have no idea, I am a smiley friendly type who always says please and thank you). I thought it was just a bad day the first time but I came back a year later to drop off a few shirts and she was just as unpleasant. Again, not outright rude but just short of it — how about just being friendly and pleasant? So when I did go back to pick up and was greeted by the black chica, I was very pleased as she was very friendly. I am the type of person that tips 20%, I have sent back food maybe 3 times in my life and generally walk away from service peeps with a friendly smile on both of our faces so I’m not a curmudgeon. I would just deal with it if this place was an incredible deal but I just dont think friendly service is too much to expect from a place that charges a premium. I don’t think I will return. She’s been that much of a turn-off.

Rude, Unprofessional, Snobby Service!
I brought 4 pair of pants to be dry cleaned and they were all returned with creases in seat and knees (which is how I gave the pants to them), the front creases were not lined up and one pair of pants had the fastener ripped out of it! When I shared this with the lady at the front desk, she told me she didn’t want my service anymore and they clean Gucci, Versace, etc., my pants were nothing to her! Don’t waste your time or money on this snooty business!!!

Thankfully I don’t have a job that requires me to have many clothes that need dry cleaning. I actually avoided going to dry cleaners until I found this place. Angie and Federico are the awesome power couple that own this place, and walked us through the process of why Oxxo is not chem-infested like other dry cleaners. It smells good in there too. But besides Angie & Fed, and the fact that you’re saving the earth, the cool part is the after-hours ATM-like drop-off and pick-up. A little pricier than other dry cleaners but I know that they took care of that black beaded little number I took in.

Cons: Did not get all stains out, expensive
We brought 3 blankets here using Scoutmob. The owner was super nice and even told us to call his personal number if we need to pick something up and they were not open. Overall with the Scoutmob discount, it was worth it for 3 blankets ($ 30). However, one of them had pee stains from our dog, and while I did not expect for that to come out, the smell was still there when we picked it up. They did rewash it for free. I might come back, but will probably try to find a cheaper dry cleaner.

Great new place… higly reccomend it… convenient location is just the start… this place is so clean and refreshingly open… you can see the whole place and how it all works… they dont use harsh chemicals… and you arent paying extra for all the new technology and less harmful cleaning. Best of all… you can pick up and drop off at 2am if you want… there is an atm thing where once you are a customer and have money on your card you just use that at the outside window if you are afterhours… so great!!! Will never go anywhere else!!! And the owners are friendly and nice and speak perfect English
