One Hour Martinizing

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL ROB YOU.
I took my clothes in as this location is very convenient to my new home. Well this was a HUGE mistake. They do not give you itemized pricing which should have been my first caution but I get my clothes dry-​cleaned often so wasn’t thinking I would pay this much. Example, they charged me $ 11.49 for a tank top!!! The pricing paid for the services rendered left me speechless. I am still trying to wrap my head around my total of $ 94.87. BEWARE! If you live in the area here are a couple recommendations that have been shared with me.

3 stars until I receive my order. I have never used these guys before, but have a gift card and thought I would give them a try. I just dropped off a couple items, then checked in and saw their low rating.
If their service is as good as their reception, I will be very satisfied. Was greeted by a friendly gentleman treated me with courtesy and said that he «Hopes he can win my service.» I hope he does also.
Service was good. I am not sure about the pricing and will be trying other cleaners in the area to compare. a jacket and 3 pair of dress pants. $ 34. Good price??? We’ll see.

They are so lucky I didn’t go up there and get ‘hood’. LOL.
My gf is an officer and I took her uniform up there. When I went to drop it off, I asked how much it would be. The lady told me she doesn’t know and would have to ask her boss. So, basically, I won’t find out until I pick up the uniform. I left it anyways… thinking it would be no more than 8 bucks-​ish. Seeing as how that’s what the other place use to charge me… if not less. I asked her, «can you please make sure the creases are creased really well and to stay on the crease line that’s already there?» That’s theeee only thing I asked.
I pick up the uniform…$ 13 something! damn. Okay, they must have done a really great job. I’m not going to even trip. I didn’t even think to check out the uniform while there. My gf puts the uniform on the next day… WTF…there’s a BIG stain on the top right back should, quarter size stain on the pants… on the right front leg there are TWO creases… on the right back leg there are TWO creases.
I was and still am very heated! Almost $ 14 for a shitty job! I did her uniform better at home!
How hard is it to make sure you don’t double crease? How hard is it to clean a stain that YOU put on there? You’re a professional… that is BAD business.
I was going to go up there and say something, but I decided not to. What difference would it make? NONE. However, who knows… I’m still angry about the situation… and I pass the place everyday. I might just make a quick stop.

Unless you like — literally — burning or trashing your money, I would absolutely never go to this cleaners. I just moved to the area and tried them for the first time. When I went to pick up my clothes, I nearly had a heart attack. Almost every items was over $ 12, with the real cardiac arrest coming from a charge of $ 37 for a simple cotton (casual) jacket that only cost me $ 50 to begin with! I questioned this charge and was told that «the jacket had to be hand pressed because it had buttons on it» — huh?! Don’t all jackets have buttons on them? Total highway robbery. I did not even get one hour service (which would have been even more, if that’s possible) and they asked for 4 days. Beware!
