Absolutely unprofessional, Dr’s talk to staff like crap right in front of patients. I was embarrassed for them. Took over 3.5 hrs for me to be seen. Hungry and upset, oh and you have to pay for parking

My confidence in this group drops a bit. I called on Tuesday morning to set up a next-​day appointment. They must have been busy but they said they would call me back. I never received a call back by noon, so I had to call when it was nearly 5pm to follow up. Trying to get an appointment was like pulling teeth but maybe this was a weather issue with the ice/​snow and the availability of doctors.
I see Dr Parekh, but according to the group, he only goes to the North location on Mondays, but otherwise, if I need an appointment, I need to go to another location. I was disappointed. I don’t really care which doctor I see as long as I get care — isn’t that the point of a group? I ended up going out of my way to the West location.
This review is for the West location. It’s tucked away, AND they charge for parking. I still don’t understand why this part of the suburb charges for parking. There’s also building construction nearby.
The staff is ok. They’ll answer questions. I wish their system was faster, but whatever. Here’s hoping that I don’t need to see an ophthalmologist on a regular basis. Still much better than the Thomas Eye Group.
