Well priced double espresso $ 2.50 Hot chocolate with foam is fun at $ 3.50 Baristas are friendly and the atmosphere is nice for hanging out and just talking. Came in on a Saturday around noon and there were many people sitting on the bench and working on their laptops. The music played is more upbeat and alternative rock than calming study music.

They don’t validate parking, that was a shock and disappointment. Music was somewhat loud but it was open, spacious, great place to work if you can tune out music. My latte might’ve been on the bitter side. I’ve had the caramel lattes though and they are very good.

My soy vanilla latte was good although I wish they had almond milk. It was pretty even though I got it to go. I’m hoping i can make it back there to try their soup.

This coffee shop is located in the Atlanta Tech Village. Entrance to the parking garage is right before Lenox on Piedmont and can be easy to miss if you’re trying to find this place for the first time. Their parking garage has free parking for 30 minutes and paid parking after that. The coffee shop does validate parking so remember to ask them about it if you parked in their garage. Coffee here is good and has a great atmosphere for hanging out or doing some reading.

If I could give no stars I would. It is 7:27 am on a Friday and they I closed. I depended on them, went out of my way to meet my father who I only see once a week and now we must spend the little time we have traveling to somewhere else.

I stopped by this coffee house based in the reviews I saw. I’m always in the hunt for the perfect cup of coffee and like to patronize independent coffee houses like this one. First of all, the setting for this coffee house is nice. There are large windows across the side of the building that look out on Piedmont Street. While you sip on your coffee, you have a nice view of the street scene, though I don’t think there is so much pedestrian traffic right in that area. The coffee houses itself has kind of a chic industrial look and feel. I had just a regular coffee there, but what they have is two different types of pour over coffees that they prepare fresh for you. I forget the exact type of bean I selected, but it was a dark and rich coffee. It’s nice to get a freshly prepared pour over cup instead of something that may have been brewed a half hour ago. I also liked the fact that they had chilled water available in a water dispenser for patrons to take freely from. This is a really good choice for a cup of coffee and j would recommend it highly if you’re in the area. The only problem is that it is a little difficult to get to, since you need to find the entrance to the parking for the office building it is housed in, which is not so clear if you’re not familiar with the area.

Wow, first impression was worth of it. Me, and my best friend, we were impressed to find this restaurant not so far from our office. I knew that the restaurant is quite small, but everything is nice. Sometimes you cannot afford to spent a lot of money visiting different restaurants, but in this place even with a low budget you can taste good food and drinks + order a wonderful dissert. Service is nice and friendly. Place is clean and smells very good. Very calm and quite. Rating 5⁄5.

Location: Off the corner of Piedmont & Lenox Rd. Fav Item: Cortado! — Positives: Love the little patio section outside, very modern design inside, connected to an office complex thus the minimalistic vibes, great area as well. — Negatives: None at all! — Overall: I love this place when it’s not too many people, great place for studying!

This place has got some great coffee. I’m big on quality coffee beans and not having that disgusting burnt taste that Starbucks loves to offer. They done good haha! Such delicious coffee. Had the chance to stop by before leaving Atlanta back to Chicago and grabbed a caramel latte with soy milk. Delicious! Also decided to snack on their onion bagel which was so good too. I love the vibe. Really chill and relaxed. The workers are really friendly and kindly answered any of our questions. They also bring everything over to you so just get seated and enjoy once you place your order. I can’t wait to go back next year — we are usually in Atlanta once a year. But if I come sooner I’ll be stopping by here for sure. Make it my daily morning and evening coffee runs during my vacation. Great place and gonna be thinking about it for awhile now

I’ve passed this Buckhead Octane location so many times and have never had time to stop. After running some errands and shopping at the Buckhead Station shopping center, I needed a pick me up, so I walked over to Octane. The atmosphere is modern, but still warm and inviting. I judge coffee shops by either a simple double espresso or a unflavored, unsweetened latte. This time I opted for the latte, and it was fantastic! The espresso was smooth and flavorful and beautiful latte art just makes everything better. While the barista was making my drink, I checked out some of their whole bean coffee. The next time I am In need of coffee at home and I’m in the area, I will pick up a bag. I checked out the parking area in the deck on my way back to my car at Buckhead Station and the deck was packed. I would suggest finding free parking nearby and walking over. Can’t wait to go back!

I’ve stopped in here on several occasions, mostly during the day to work remotely. It’s bright with good seating options and access to outlets, but it is noisy, so it’s not a great place if you need to camp out and take calls. Otherwise, it’s a good option. I like the chai latte and I tried a turkey sandwich for lunch one time that was pretty good too. It’s not hugely ideal to get to because of all the traffic on that corner, but I’ll be back for sure.

We wanted to have a tasty coffee and enjoy the fall weather. We were in Atlanta for the weekend so we Unilocaled and found this place had great reviews. I got the cortado, it was very smooth and very balanced taste. My husband got the Moroccan mint tea. My only complaint is it was a little confusing trying to get into the building from the garage. Ever door seemed to be for elite members and not for the general public to get in.

Thank God for this place. When I had a two week stay in a nearby hotel with only Starbucks and caribou Coffee around nice to know I could walk over here for a good pour over of Ethiopian Brazilian or Guatemalan coffee for 3 to $ 4. I haven’t tried their espresso drinks just the pour overs but they are done right. The only really good coffee I’ve had in my 5 trips to Atlanta Staff is nice and helpful and not pretentious like similar coffee shops back home in LA

I wish I could tell you how great this coffee was, but unfortunately I didn’t even get the chance to try it! After braving an hour of Atlanta traffic I rushed in to try what everyone’s been saying is the best coffee around, but I was not given the chance! I arrived at 6:55(5 minutes to close) to find that the employee had already turned off the espresso machine! I wish I could rate this shop based on the coffee alone but due to bad customer service I was unable to! I understand if I arrived right at 7, or past 7, but 5 minutes to close is just bad service. If you close at 7 close at 7, not 5 minutes early! I drove out of my way for this! I was very disappointed with the poor service I received! The barista didn’t seem to care, and offered no apology. I was looking forward to your coffee and I’m sorry your poor customer service got in the way!

Bright location located inside Atlanta Tech Village. They have their own(30 minute) parking spot in the deck. I’ve only had the iced chai. The first time was too dilute. However, when I voiced my concerns the second time, more chai was added and it was the perfect amount packed with flavor. There are cute seating areas and a patio. It looks like this is mostly geared towards people who have business at ATV.

This buckhead location of Octane has all the usual coffee and drink offerings of the other octane locations. It is located on the ground floor of the Atlanta Tech Village building and shares their parking deck. Octane does have its own designated 30 minute parking spots in the parking deck. This location has a super modern décor with indoor and outdoor seating that overlooks Piedmont, and of course, free wifi(decent speeds for all your work needs). As for food, there is a limited selection of pastries, and of course, King of Pops(yay). As for the coffee, they do offer cream, milk, as well as soy milk. I also love that they have simple syrup(a must have for non-grainy iced coffee). BTW you can also get one free refill on your iced coffee before 11am if you’re hanging out there.

Wonderful coffee and a great location. I ordered a double shot latte with soy. The baristas didn’t engage in much conversation, but were knowledgable about the coffee and how it’s made. It’s a large coffee shop with a great environment. There is local artwork throughout the shop and outside the hallway. Unfortunately, the bakery attached was closed, but it gives me another reason to return to this location.

When in Buckhead for three hours and you’ve got time to burn, might I suggest Octane Coffee. With everything from wine to coffee to cocktails, there’s a little something for everyone. I don’t know what I expected Buckhead to be like, but it sure wasn’t this squeaky clean, polished neighborhood amongst the metropolis of Atlanta. Octane is quite representative of this newfangled, unblemished appearance that people now know Buckhead to be. It’s clean, spacious, has a bright industrial vibe, and speaks to the iGeneration with free wifi, plenty of tables for pounding away on your laptop, et al. There’s little room for quirk — they’re as minimalist as an Apple store. You could probably eat off the floor and be safer than dining in most Michelin starred restaurants. It’s connected to the Atlanta Tech Center, so you’ll see everything from dressed down brogrammers to suited up finance types milling about. Tech is the new gold rush, and everyone conversing around here is part of the boom. It makes for fun people watching. Evelyn.

Glad that Octane is finally in Buckhead and its not just crummy Starbucks! This is a cool location and they have a great outdoor patio. They are now open on weekends from 9−4pm which is a huge improvement. Parking is free for the first 30 min and then you have to pay after that.

As of 2÷17÷2015, the current wifi password is: beniceanddreambig(connect to: alttechvillage) The exterior of this particular Octane is a bit more modern than I expected. Located right off Piedmont Road NE, the circular windows have pale-grey slanted typography with«Octane» on it. If you’re not familiar with the area, just locate Chipotle or Naanstop, and you’ll see it literally across the street. Entry to the parking deck is just below Octane($ 2/hr). Can’t find the entrance to your coffee? Just head on back to street level, head right and enter the lobby of the building. The mocha($ 4.25) I ordered was great, but still not as good as the Octane in Midtown. The location is awesome, but unless you work or live a few blocks away, the traffic and parking adds to the inconvenience. Another slight negative is the early closing hours(8PM weekdays and 4PM on weekends). A major plus is the quiet atmosphere. It was practically empty when I came here! A ton of open space to study, and visible power outlets(just locate & sit near the posts/columns in the corners!)

I was so excited to see Octane open within walking distance from my office. It’s always a hassle driving to Midtown from OTP and even more so when I’m at work and have no car(trying to lessen traffic by commuting via Marta!). So, as a result, I don’t get a chance to frequent the Octane Coffee in Midtown much, unless I’m already out of my way in the area. This location of Octane is located in the lobby of the Atlanta Tech Village. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find it in the building, as there were no obvious signs as I approached the building from the street, but as I got closer, the entire storefront has large orange words printed all over it. I believe it says some combination of «ESPRESSO» and«COFFEE», to name a few. Once you walk through the doors of the Atlanta Tech Village building, you’ll notice the aroma of brewing coffee and ground espresso before you see the open entrance on your right. You won’t miss it. A barista was at the counter and took my quick order of a nonfat latte. The latte is slightly pricier than Starbucks, but I don’t mind paying a little extra premium for good latte. I wandered around, noticed the King of Pops fridge that Michelle K. had pointed out in her review(Yes, I stalked before walking to Octane). I was, however, way too cold to purchase one. That will have to wait until spring. Shortly after, the barista called out my latte order, which was extra foamy and detailed with a small bit of latte art. The lids, sugar, napkins, milk, etc. are all located on a small counter across from the pick up counter. The tables are clean and plentiful. Some were filled by studying individuals, while others were filled with businessmen in deep discussion. Overall a varied crowd, but it was quiet with that bit of background noise buzz. You know you’ll find me here next week. And the week after. And the week after that.

Walked into the Atlanta Tech Village for the first time ever to visit Octane(also for the first time) and try to shake the torpor of working on a holiday with an Americola. As I tried to order, my brain chemistry couldn’t even let me say the name right. The woman behind the counter seemed to have dealt with my type before and asked me to fetch one of the Mexican Cokes from a nearby fridge. Once she got it, she went full Heisenberg to create what I would learn is a turbulent, combustible and foolish beverage. As for the establishment, it is designed like some of the better parts of The Capitol. Bright, clean, with round corners and interesting lines. Tons of natural light beaming into the place being reflected and magnified off of the brushed aluminum surfaces and shimmering new architecture. It’s like even the environmental design has«staying awake and alert» at the core of its philosophy. That drink would later alter my body chemistry, opening and shutting valves in my brain and sending me into a riotous frenzy. Would be good with a scoop of ice cream.

This was my first time at any Octane location. The service was decently friendly but the coffee is fire! I had a traditional cappuccino, delicious… It has a modern and upbeat feel to it and would be a great place to pop in and do some work or meet a friend. Enjoy!
