Loved the place. Lived there during the school year 2009 – 2010, 2010 – 2011.
/​/​Management:
Bridget was the best property manager anyone could ask for; very polite, responded to any maintenance requests immediately, and was just very pleasant to sit and chat with (I’d often end up turning in the rent and talking to her for like 45 minutes).
/​/​Safety:
There were a few reports of some peoples’ doors being banged on (as in, attempted break in), but nothing serious happened as far as I remember. In general, the area is extremely safe, and I definitely stumbled home after hitting the bars at 1 – 2 in the morning more than a few times.
/​/​Convenience:
You can walk to Little Five Points in about 10 minutes and the Candler Park Marta station in about 5 minutes. Super great spot.
/​/​Price:
When I lived there, it was only $ 765 – 815 (with water included) per month. Awesome price for where it is, and the first unit we rented even had super nice stainless steel appliances and a garbage disposal (those are not the standard there).
/​/​Conclusion:
My rating is based on my stay there during 2009 – 2011, which is a 5 star rating.
I really would have loved to move back in after college, but the rent rates seem to have gone up nearly $ 200 (and water is no longer included). Not sure if they made upgrades to the units though. But assuming that the units are still the same, I’d probably lower my rating to a 4 now.
Update: I’m gonna just lower it to a 4. 5 stars for when I was there, 4 stars for how it is at present.

This place has stayed exactly the same since my friend lived here back in 2003. The interior is kept in original style and the community is clean, safe, and quiet.

Cincinnati, OH
My brother has lived here for over 4 years now. Whenever I come to visit from Cincinnati, Ohio– I stay at his place which the neighbors are a bit noisy, when taking a shower the water comes out slow and hot water runs out fast.
I do like the fact that is close to walking distance to Little Five Points and Candler Park which is ideal. The area is safe and nice area.
Overall an okay experience.
Apartment could use alittle work, but it is liveable.
