NX Direct is an outsourced sales and marketing firm in Atlanta, Georgia. We work with Fortune 500 Companies, focusing on new account acquisitions and brand recognition. By focusing our efforts on a hands-​on, face to face approach, we are able to bring our clients life-​long customers with increased name-​brand awareness and high levels of customer service.

History

Established in 2009.

NX Direct originated in 2009, and expanded its headquarters, in 2011, to Atlanta in response to a demand by telecommunication and entertainment industry clients looking for a more effective, personal, and results driven marketing technique. NX Direct is a perfect combination of innovative ideas, superb client service and successful business professionals. We believe that quality business depends upon people of varying backgrounds, resources, and skills.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Nelson Figueroa grew up in the small town of Thomasville, GA and graduated from Valdosta State University in December of 2006 with a Bachelor Degree in Business Marketing and a minor in Management.

After graduating from college, Nelson was not really sure what he wanted to do, but was sure about what he did not want to do — be another employee at a company where nobody knows your name.

A Greek Life Advocate and heavily involved in many philanthropy events at Valdosta State, Nelson was looking for a job with a friendly environment where people were recognized for their performance and accomplishments.

Nelson moved to Atlanta in March of 2007 and took an entry level sales position at a local firm to learn the industry of outsourced sales and marketing from the ground up. In 2009, Nelson had the opportunity to open an office in Pittsburgh, PA, which allowed him to utilize the skills he gained while working at the entry level position in Atlanta.
