I am a fan of this restaurant but recently service has slipped a little. Ordered a large lunch for our team and food came with no plates, silverware, napkins, etc. Granted I didn’t ask and incorrectly believed this would be automatic with 4 pizzas, breadsticks, sodas, salad, wings and mozzarella sticks. They called me after I placed an order to advise anything over $ 70 has an automatic tip of 15%. Maybe during that call they could have asked if we needed paper plates? And the mozzarella sticks looked under cooked. They said it a different brand and cooked in the oven so maybe it was just different from the fried cheese sticks we expected. The rest of the food was good. Delivery was prompt and the driver was courteous and made sure we got everything. I would go back but this food is a little pricey so they need to step up the overall experience.

Pizza was delicious. It was just me so I ordered the personal size with 4 toppings and it came to under $ 12. It was a good sized meal. Very cheesy with great flavor, crispy crust. I’ll be going back for lunch with friends.

Good Chicago style pizza. Very filling and a little more on the expensive side for pizza.

Pizza was good. I’m not usually an eater of deep dish, so i dont have much to compare it to. The crust was fantastic and they have a huuuuge menu full of different options, so it’s easy to find something for everyone. As someone who generally prefers new york style pizza in general, its hard for me to rank this among some of the best pizzas ive ever had

This is Chicago Style Pizza from a Chicago franchise. I’m from Chicago and I don’t go out for deep dish when I go back home, because this cures the«hankering» lol, so I can focus on my other favorite foods. Now if you’re from Chicago you know we have several deep dish styles… and we debate over who’s the best: Uno’s(Due), Giordano’s, Medici, Homerun Inn, Gino’s East, My Pi, Aurelios, Calo’s, Lou Malnati’s, etc. They each have a different twist, as does Nancy’s deep dish. So, you could make a career out of trying the variations but don’t feel you have Chicago Deep Dish mastered by only having sampled Nancy’s, but its definitely very good stuff… Thin Crust Chicago Style Pizza is delicious too. Now if you’re a New York thin crust Pizza enthusiast, Chicago thin crust might disappoint… My East Coast family feels nothing compares to a NY slice, however I don’t share their enthusiasm, we have a different palate… lol…you be the judge(wink).

Always wanted to go here. Now I don’t have to go back. Pizza WAY over priced. Luckily they offer personal pizza but waitress tried to up sell the $ 24.00 small meat lovers pizza to my bf when his personal was only $ 10.99 w extras. I know that’s just nothing special definitely cheap cheese almost choke on it. Taste was ok at best but nothing special. Then waitress tried to tell me she needs to box my pizza in back becoz the box is «a pizza box and it’s tricky» are you kidding me. No one takes my food in back anywhere after I get it. Just good idea from my friends in restaurant business. She brings me the box took literally 30 secs to figure it out. So no you don’t need a ga tech degree to figure this out. Dear God VERY Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time find another place. Plus parking SUCKS!!! Oh and they brought us 2 appetizer orders. My bf started eating the one and the waitress without even listening took it back so when i saw her place in on the other table i told the patron that my bf touched his food. Yuck!

While I generally enjoyed the pizza, the service was awful. I ordered delivery(which costs $ 3 extra) online and was told it would be delivered within 1 hour. I waited an hour and 15 minutes but no delivery. I called and they said it had not left the restaurant yet. I called again 15 minutes later and still told it had not left, but will be soon and delivery can take up to 90 minutes. It had already been 90 minutes. A few minutes later, the driver calls and tells me he’s stuck in traffic because there must be an event in the park. There was no event in the park and it was raining. I went outside and not 5 cars went by in a 3 minute period. I checked google maps and no traffic in the less than 2 miles between the restaurant and my place. I pre-paid online and then the driver shows up and tells me that it will cost $ 10 more than I paid. Umm… what? He said the online system mispriced the pizza. WTF? I said no way I’m paying more for late and luke warm pizza. I crossed out the new receipt and went home. I called the manager and he agreed that I should only pay what I was promised, but when I looked at my credit card, they charged me the higher, not agreed upon, amount. In summary… Very slow delivery Delivery people who lie and make excuses for bad service Unprofessional policies(asking to pay more after deliver) Needed to file a credit card chargeback Luke warm pizza Poor customer service

I ordered Nancys Pizza for the time and I didn’t know what to expect except the normal Pizza Hut style pizza. Well, Nancy’s Pizza exceed that expectation. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and patient. Even though, I had no clue of what to order and I picked multiple items on the carry out menu, the lady on the phone help me narrow down my very wide search, lol. When it arrived, it was very hot, pleasing to the eye, and taste to taste buds. I will order again. The only thing is, its a bit pricey but worth it.

This was my first time having Nancy’s pizza. I ordered the deep dish A Lot’ A Meat. I will say it was very yummy. the personal pan is wayyyy too much for one person so if you’re looking for a very filling meal that is good for one order the small personal pan. The staff was very kind and helpful. while waiting for my pizza to cook they offered me a soda or water. They opened the door upon entering and exiting. If you are parking in the Krispy Kreme lot they will give you something for your car so it doesn’t get booted. Overall I would definitely come back! the pizza is delicious, the only thing is it’s a little pricey. but being from out of town and just recently moving to Atlanta and trusting Unilocal to give me the best reviews on the best pizza in Atlanta I would have to say this place hit the spot!

Ehh I wasn’t impressed by it at all. I didn’t get the deep dish bc it looked too doughy. We got the thin crust.

I typically go to the Buckhead location and have had pretty good experiences there. However I recently dug up an older gift card(seen in picture) so I thought I’d drop in and pick up a pie using it. I had called to place my order, asked if they’d take the gift card, at which point the lady on the phone asked her manager and was told yes. When I went in to pick up and pay I was told«no, nope, not good, don’t know who told you it was good, you need to take that back…» I said I asked about this specifically on the phone but he didn’t want to hear it. I wasn’t going to waste time and argue so I paid and left. In the sense of customer service, well, there wasn’t any. So I’d pretty much give that 0 stars. Deep dish pizza was pretty good, they used a decent amt of toppings, although there were parts of the dough that wasn’t completely cooked. In any case, I’ll never be back to visit this location again.

The pizza was delivered within the time frame that they said it would be. The pizza tasted good and was pretty cheesy. Dough was good. Minus 1 star for the price. Minus another star for the fact that the cheese and sauce came right off the top of the pizza, making it more of a bread and pasta type dish. Although it was good, I wouldn’t order here again.

I joined my husband’s family for a Chicago-style pizza birthday dinner last night(Saturday night). The staff seemed pretty busy, and it took a while for them to arrange some tables for our party. The restaurant space is rather small, but we and another party of 6 – 8 were able to sit in fine. Our hostess was our waitress, as well. After putting in our orders, drinks arrived soon, the salad arrived at least 5 minutes later, and the pizza arrived about 20 minutes after that. There 3 televisions were on the game, so most of our part was able to stay occupied. I ordered a personal mushroom pizza. The order was put in as a small pizza(which is larger), but our waitress apologized on two occasions and very kindly said she would adjust the check to reflect a personal pizza, since that’s what I’d ordered. I do wish that my mushroom pizza had more mushrooms in it. It was definitely more chewy cheese. The mushrooms that were there were very flavorful and fresh. Next time I go, I’ll ask for a double mushroom pizza.(or triple!?) My husband tried a bite and noticed that the bottom crust was more doughy and not as crispy as it was on the other pizzas. He thinks that maybe the cooks use the same size dough ball to form the crust of all the pizzas, which would make sense. Dear Nancy’s, please change that. My family ordered a Northern Italian Veggie and an Uncle Tony’s stuffed pizza, and they had no complaints. My husband said, «Would eat again.» He really appreciated the sauce and how the restaurant seemed to care about the sauce. I wasn’t especially impressed with the food nor the atmosphere, but I’m not really a pizza person. The pizza did taste good, and I’d like to visit again and try to get some more mushrooms next time.
