I have been going to this location for about 2 months already because I have been overly busy to go to sandy springs. The salon is very small with about 5 spa chairs. Most of the time I get a polish change very simple nothing complicated. I don’t believe in all that acrylic and fake nails. Gel or regular polish is the way to go. Few days ago I came in for a polish change before Christmas. I had the owner give me a polish change. As he was doing so he answered his phone while working on my nails, something about a game. It’s just unacceptable and rude when you are working on a client. Another male in the room was on his phone too. It just got to the point where I was uncool with it especially while he was polishing my nails talking on the phone. That just ruins my service and likable for your salon. Times before he would move me to different tables with a fan because I fan dry, I don’t do UV drying. He moved me around 3 times to be exact. That’s just rude too as well. I’m finally fed up with that moving all around just to dry my damn nails and being treated like I’m a 18yr old. To top it off a young lady was in a spa chair that cried because they didn’t specify what extra services they were going to add on to the bill. That was a sore sight to see especially if you are going to do a service tell the client and if they«OK» it then fine. If they can’t afford it and it’s not in their budget don’t go ahead and do it without a clients«OK» that’s shutting down a person and just so rude! Another tip I would like to add is that in a professional workplace please speak English because people may get offended. I understand everything you say guys, I’m a Vietnamese fluent person here.

A good nail salon is hard to find. I’m glad I tried this place and don’t see the need to find another. I’ve been here loyally for the last 2 years and it has turned out great each time! Great talented staff that is always professional. Amazing selection of gel and regular polish. I always do something natural/nude, and it actually lasts… sometimes more than two weeks. Parking is convenient and free. Their prices are great! Super convenient location(to me). I couldn’t ask for more.

This place definitely isn’t as bad as the reviews make it seem. It’s definitely not a fancy spa but the service is great and the staff are personable. The nail tech took time doing my nails and they turned out great! I was definitely be returning.

This place is as dreadful as the reviews say, I didn’t expect to be treated like a princess but this is by far the worst worst worst nail salon I’ve ever been to, they don’t listen to what you ask for and they do a horrible job on your nails. Yes horrible. I couldn’t wait to leave the store. Rude, answered the phone multiple times on speaker phone while yelling through to the phone to his friends, I was shocked. Never.ever.ever.again!

Absolutely gross ! Walk in and it smells horrible, then the nail tech tells me to sit down and begins to do my nails on a towel with fingernail clippings on it then when I tell him instead of changing the towel out he goes outside and shakes off the nail clippings and puts the towel back down to do my nails on. I’ll pass on this salon.

I’m really sorry to hear that the three previous raters had a negative experience. I stopped by this week and it was not busy, so I received immediate attention. I paid $ 10 for a manicure and $ 25 for a pedicure with nail design. I found my assigned area to be clean and the nail technician very sweet. I would go back again.

I went here because its super close to my house. I wasn’t very impressed. When I first walked in there was one woman who sat with her feet on one of the nail stations, watching TV and eating, she asked what I wanted and as I told her she just meandered around getting the stuff ready but never telling me anything. After she finally told me to sit down, I realized that the place seemed really grimy. A few minutes after my feet had been soaking(and the girl still munching on her food) a group of other staff came in from the back, some starting to eat, one guy coming to where I was waiting and another girl who kept asking if I wanted my eyebrows waxed. The man who did my nails was really good. He was super attentive and nice. Other than him, the service was questionable at best. Over all, I was very unimpressed. I wouldn’t go here again. But if the guy who did my nails was some where else, I’d choose him.

Nail Studio is definitely a no-frills nail shop. Not exactly what I’m used to back home, but what they lack in spa-ness(work with me, you get what I’m saying), they make up for in price and I’ve never had a manicure last so long. For $ 28(their service menu is a la carte, $ 5 extra for callus remover, $ 3 extra for salt scrub), you get a better than decent mani/pedi. I’m usually in a rush and they have no problem working on nails and toes at the same time. I have natural nails, and every time I go my manicures are chip free for ATLEAST a week and honest to goodness have had a manicure look new for 2 weeks without shellac/gel or anything else. To me, thats worth more than cushy massage chairs and rose petals in the soaking tubs. I think the only downside to this place is their selection of OPI and Essie polishes. They won’t be winning any JD Power awards for customer service, but If you want a very good, very basic mani/pedi at a great price I’d head here.

By far the WORST nail shop in Atlanta. I went because my toes were crusty of course… but when i left they were still CRUSTY! First of all why was there only ONE person working in the whole shop??? That really boggles my mind! Then when she finally got to my toes it was not an enjoyable experience. i got a french pedicure… but it looked really ugly. and then u know how when there done painting your toes they«USUALLY» put back on your sandals? well she got up and said thank you and charged me 24.00!!! no type of customer service… making me feel special… i actually was pissed and couldn’t wait to leave so i could Unilocal it… don’t go… don’t waste your money PLEASE!!!
