Bought a car detail through groupon and cannot get them to respond to schedule my detail. It expires January 26th. I thought emailing them at the beginning of January would give me plenty of time. Have complained to groupon about their lack of response. After reading the lack of service from other purchasers and the poor job they do on cars, I think getting my money back would be the best «deal»!
Update – contacted Groupon about my difficulties contacting Mr. Mobile to schedule. After reading all the poor reviews on multiple websites and the damage they had inflicted on cars, I was scared to use them. Happy to say Groupon refunded all my money! Groupon actually stands behind their customers!

Unbelievable. The guys washing the car were courteous and professional. But, broke the power seat switch. That’s when the real problem came up – when my wife called the owner to complain. He actually called my wife a b**ch for complaining, refused to listen, then interrupted her by yelling he would not pay for it and hung up on her. She tried again the next day (maybe he had calmed down? Um, no) and got the exact same results.
My wife did tip the two guys even though they did a mediocre job. They over wet the car mats which took overnight to dry and she had to go over spots they missed. She did not pay for the wash because of the power seat they broke. It cost us $ 400 for the power seat to be fixed. We thought about taking the case to small claims court (the owner once screamed «Sue me» to my wife so we thought «Okay») but decided to tell you instead.

On time, on schedule and I was pleased with the service… then why only 2 starts…
There scheduling process SUCKS … Send an email, maybe get an auto reply then wait two or more days to be officially acknowledged (if your very lucky) and receive an email response. Don’t bother calling you go to some mailbox in the cloud and never get a return call. To John’s credit (who’s the owner) whom I finally got on a call and asked about how customer un-​friendly the process was he tried to get LOUD… really… He told me «We responded to you in two days some people wait two weeks»…are you kidding me? Its a car wash for goodness sake not some appointment with a celebrity hairdresser. Give me a break !
Like I said the job was done satisfactorily but NEVER again based entirely on the scheduling process…

Finally got the chance to use my other Groupon. Very poor job again. Interior windshield wasn’t cleaned. Exterior windows above window visors wasn’t cleaned. I could have done a better job myself at the local self serve car wash.
When I complained this time, I did get a voicemail from the owner. He offered to re-​detail the car. Sorry buddy, this was your last opportunity to get it right the first time and you failed miserably again!
Do not waste your money. The poor job is not worth the ‘convenience’ of them coming to you. Patronize your local detail shop instead.

Purchased a Groupon coupon the beginning of January. After ten days, no response. After sending a twitter message, I got a quick response that they could put me on the schedule for the end of the month. What? one month to get my car detailed?
That date didn’t work for me, so I called back the beginning of August to reschedule. No response again to my voicemail. I sent another twitter message asking if I could reschedule asap. Then I get an immediate call back saying that I should get a refund from Groupon, that they didn’t want to work with me.
I’m left confused and extremely frustrated. Terrible, terrible customer service and a complete waste of my time.

Booked a detail using Groupon. The crew arrived late, but they did call to alert me. Did a pretty good job overall, but the high pressure wash of the mats left furrows in all the mats that I couldn’t get out. I emailed them and they came right back out and re-​sprayed the mats to remove the furrows. Very prompt and attentive. I would use them again.

!!!BEWARE!!! These guys damaged my vehicle then the owner hung up on me when I confronted him about it. They peeled off part of my rear window, then put the top down (the car is a convertible) so that we wouldn’t see the damage until long after they had gone.
!!!STAY AWAY!!! They drenched the inside of my car in a thick coat of Armor All. So much in fact, that it pooled in areas. It looked like a monkey threw cleaner at my car from across the yard. This is one of the dangers of using Groupons — you have already paid for the service.
Take your car to a gas station for a $ 6.00 wash — you’ll be happier.

I do not feel as though I can give these guys a solid 4-​stars yet just because of the first car they did for me. However, they hang on to a solid 3-​stars.
My Accord did seem to be far cleaner than the CRV they had done for us several weeks ago. More attention appeared to have been paid. Of course, the owner himself was on site too, which I suspect may have contributed to the better job being done in the end.
I still contend they dump far too much «shine» into the interior and engine bay; but overall they did a much nicer job this time around.
I still think that for $ 70 you could find equal or better detailing services out there. If they aligned their price better to the service they provided, these guys would be doing a better job right off. Then they could make up profit from volume versus attempting to maximize profit from each job received.

Scheduling an appointment using my Groupon was very challenging. After 3 weeks, I was finally able to get a time slot. They were scheduled to arrive at 12:30pm — they arrived at 3:55pm. They did call to give me a heads up they were behind schedule, but that’s not much of a consolation. It felt a lot like waiting for the cable guy.
The crew was nice and friendly, but they did a lousy job. They claimed they waxed the vehicle — NO chance it was waxed. The paint felt very gritty — not the smooth, silky feel after waxing/​buffing.
I’ve had my vehicle detailed 5 or 6 times by other vendors and this was by far the worst detailing job. Perhaps it was the crew, perhaps it was the fact that I used a Groupon instead of paying their full rate — who knows.
One thing I do know is that I won’t be using them again.

they came to fix my car while I was at work — got a big dent out of the back of my car for a lot less than I was quoted at a body shop. i liked how well they could work around my schedule.
