We started with Dr. Healey when our children were 2 and 5 and now they are 23,20 and 16. He has been absolutely great for pediatric dentistry and orthodontic care! He and the staff are personable and very caring. I would very highly recommend this practice for your family! Art Griffiths, M.D.

Dr. Healey and his wonderful staff provided orthodontic and dental care for my son years ago. When the time came for his daughter’s orthodontic treatment, there was no doubt that Dr. Healy would be the doctor of choice for our family. We appreciate Dr. Healey’s warm and informative demeanor as he always takes the time to answer questions and concerns to be sure we were comfortable with all aspects of the proposed treatment. My granddaughter’s smile is looking beautiful as she progresses through her orthodontic treatment. She looks forward to seeing Dr. Healey and his friendly staff each month for her dental visits. Our family loves Dr. Healey and his amazing team of ladies that always makes us feel welcome!

Ruined my mouth. Caused TMJ. Spent the next 8 years(totalling 12) in braces undoing the damage and had incredibly intense surgery to undo the damage caused from braces. Total lack of actual knowledge or care about children’s mouths. Moved the bottom jaw completely out of place causing permanent life long damage. Obviously in it for the money. Pretentious dentist and staff, both children dreaded every appointment and were much better once we ditched Healey. Refuses to listen to parents or patients and doesn’t work with you at all.

Healey treated my 7 y.o. son for a 1 – 2 year period. We have left this practice because of the following: 1. Odd-ball, invasive recommendations such as the need to have the base of his tongue clipped in order for him to be articulate. Nonsense! You can’t find a more articulate child his age. 2. X-rays done almost every visit. Way over the top; unnecessary radiation exposure for a child. No matter how ‘safe’ Healey says these X-rays are, that is under ideal conditions and even then there is a need to be frugal when firing x-rays at children. 3. Arrogant attitude. Basic questions were answered with a rather defensive response and a lot of fancy ‘doctor-speak’. A real ‘why are you questioning me, the expert, about your child’s dental care?’ environment. 4. Too frequent visits for cleanings($$$). 5. A rather cold clinical staff as well front desk people. On the plus side, a parent or both of us were always allowed to accompany our side during procedures.
