History
Established in 1979.
I graduated from the University of Virginia Law School in 1979 and immediately thereafter started my law practice with a large Atlanta firm working primarily in the area of construction, surety and insurance disputes. I subsequently practiced with two other major Atlanta law firms, specializing in construction disputes, before starting my own firm in 1996. I have extensive experience in many areas of construction including airport construction, bridges, structural steel, reinforced concrete, parking decks, earth walls, roofs, glass, brick, stucco, wood preservation, as well as home construction disputes of all types. I have represented owners, sureties, general contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers. I have extensive experience representing developers of apartments and affordable housing communities. I have provided general counsel to a major baggage handling company and to a large, multi-state apartment developer.
